They take money from your account at any given opportunity. I used their top up once and the next minute they taking money from my account. Avoid them if you can.

Unreliable
I was able to use it normally until a few months ago when the service stopped working. I have contacted them a number of times and they kept on ensuring me that it will be fixed and it will be working. This has not been the case. They now simply ignore my emails

Great Application
This is a great way to make international calls to landlines. I usually use WhatsApp for mobile phones but for calling landlines or businesses that aren't in WhatsApp, this is the BEST alternative. It's affordable and it's easy to use.

Not recommended. Account closure impossible.
Not recommended. There are other providers in this space that deliver value, service and ethics such as 'mytello'.
I asked that my balance be credited and my account closed after issues with call charges. I received quick responses but an absence of understanding. Outcome they refuse to credit and close my account. I'm guessing they need sponsor numbers. I will be elevating concerns to governing body.

Dishonest Company
A very dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional company that employs confused agents who do not even understand their own products.
They sold me a subscription that, by their own admission, was not suitable for the purpose for which it was marketed. They continued taking my money every month while I experienced ongoing issues with the service. When I finally made a complaint, I was told that the subscription I had purchased was not expected to work properly. My request for a refund was then refused.
As far as I am concerned, I fell victim to false and dishonest advertising, which is a serious offence.
Needless to say, I want nothing more to do with this dishonest company.
I have decided to switch to Localphone, which offers a better service at a lower cost. Based on my experience, I would recommend them over these jokers.
PS. In their reply below, they asked me to contact their support department so they could "make it right." This is misleading and appears to be an attempt to look responsive in the face of my negative review.
All of my dealings were with their support department. I contacted them repeatedly, and they refused both to issue a refund and to resolve the problem. Asking me to contact the same department again serves no purpose and does not address the issues I raised.

You send $10 USD and recharge in Nepal gets 1000 NPR only.
I got that rate back in 2018 when 1 USD was 100 NPR.
This seems crazy to me. And now they are charging $1 fee on top of it, which was not there before.
COMPANY IS A SCAM. I REGRET USING THEIR SERVICE.

At first rebtel service was good in the beginning I started to use them last year 2025 like sometime in July. Now June the 14th 2026 I just bought a yardie plan for my sister and I spend $35 for it and $4.99 making the total $40 I have the receipt tell me why I send a message my sister called me and told me that of June the 17th she's supposed to have a 30-day plan tell me why she does not have any data on her phone I have a receipt she's supposed to have credit on her phone she can call and do everything with data they're scamming and when you try to contact them they don't contact you back the customer service sucks I would not recommend this if you're going to spend all this money literally a whole entire American phone bill and your family cannot get the credit that you put on their phone whether it's between did you sell and reptile is bad very bad.

The people you send top Up to do not always receive it and it is not straightforward to use. They make it difficult for you to get a refund with too much waffling. I regret using them.
