Do not order from here !

I ordered a car seat. It wasn’t in stock when it was advertised as in stock. I then asked for a refund in which she said she had processed. I received no confirmation of the cancellation - nor the refund! I messaged again asking if she processed the refund, which she hasn't!

I’ve had to battle through PayPal to get the refund and still waiting over 2 weeks later for an answer from PayPal

The ordering process was easy.

Without the videos available on YouTube I would have been lost trying to install my car seat in other cars. They are very informative and helpful with different tips for issues that can arise.

Wonderful experience, Margaret couldn't have been more helpful! I asked if the car seat I liked would fit in my car - Margaret said yes, it would. When it arrived I had no problem in fitting it - but Margaret offers aftercare for the life of the seat, so if I had any problems I know I could contact her and that she would help. 10/10 for a very good experience!

Margaret was brilliant with our car seat purchase. I ordered after speaking with her on the phone and to arrange a home visit. It was available earlier than expected, so she popped down within just a few days of the order and helped us install in the car and checked the fit of my child, showing us what to look for. Great price and service. First seat was treat badly by the courier but Rear Facing Toddlers got a new seat out to us at no expense.

Brilliant service, I was able to try out different seats to see what works best for my car and child. She was also able to help with fitting it and helped move my other seat to the opposite side. I now feel confident that my children's seats are properly fitted and I know how to refit them myself when I need to. Couldn't reccomend enough! I tend to find a lot companies are all about the money but that is not the case here, she helped me find what was best, even if it happened to be the cheapest option.

I am absolutely in awe of the support and dedication Margaret provided. A few weeks ago, I decided to buy a new car seat for my 2.5-year-old son. I wasn’t sure which model would be suitable for my 2008 Audi. I browsed forums, YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and shop blogs, but I still didn’t feel confident enough to make an informed decision.

By chance, I came across Margaret’s YouTube channel and was immediately drawn to her tutorials on car seat installation. It was clear right away that she is not only an experienced professional but also a mom who has been through it all herself. Feeling overwhelmed and experiencing decision paralysis, I reached out to her via email, explaining what I needed, what car I have, and my expectations for the car seat.

Without any guarantee that I’d even become a customer, Margaret responded with a detailed email explaining which models might suit my needs, covering not only the most expensive options but also more affordable ones. She even shared her personal favorites (which weren’t the priciest!). In a world full of disclaimers and fine print, this kind of honesty is rare.

Margaret let me know that she had one of the recommended models, the Axkid Movekid, in stock, so I ordered it right away. The car seat arrived within a week, including the weekend. When I tried to install it, however, I couldn’t get it secure because the seat belts were too sleek and wouldn’t stay in place—any significant movement loosened the belt fixing.

I emailed Margaret, and she responded the same day. She explained that sometimes the seat clips are designed in a way that they can be loose on certain types of seat belts, and she recommended a safe fix: placing a piece of cloth or material where the clip fastens. She also offered to check directly with Axkid, as she was heading to a conference where an Axkid representative would be present. A few hours later, she texted back to confirm that the fix was approved by the manufacturer.

It’s now been a week since we installed the car seat, and we couldn’t be happier. My son loves his new seat and comments on it every time we get ready for a drive, and I feel much more reassured. Thank you, Margaret, for the amazing support. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who makes customers feel heard and valued.
