I got a 2014 Ford Focus in April 2026. The car air con issue was reported to then when we took the car for test drive. They said they’ve fixed the issue before handing over car to us. Issue resurfaced in a week and I have been chasing them since then but they are not responding. It’s the typical delaying tactics. I won’t recommend them to anyone
