Great selection of yarn, only one cake which wasn’t paired - which was slightly annoying as was a lovely colourway.
Great value for money. However, I ordered two mystery boxes meaning I should have received 5kg of yarn, I received just over 4.5kg of yarn (yes, I did weight it because they’re sold as having labelling errors), I’ve emailed Readicut and haven’t received a response within the last 3 working days. I wouldn’t mind but it would equate to 2-3 cakes/skeins depending on what had been packed if the full weight had of been fulfilled. It is within a 10% tolerance, but still it’s not like it equates to one ball that I’ve missed out on.
Also, there were some sharp pieces of wood randomly in the bottom of the box and some of them had embedded themselves into two of the skeins of yarn, which wasn’t ideal.
This was my third order of mystery boxes (previously purchased the Caron & Bernat mystery boxes when they were in stock) and love my orders but am slightly disappointed on the lack of response from Readicut and the issues I had with this order.
Despatch also took longer than usual on this order too.

This yarn arrived quite quickly, it was well packed and was like receiving a large mystery box. A mix of large variegated cakes and solid colours. Beautuful , lovely quality yarns , the mislabelling doesn't matter at all , you are only limited by your imagination.

The order did not take long to arrive. A quick efficient service.

I ordered a box of incorrect labels 110 pounds down to 35 pounds advertised as good assorted wool.

i had to ring up because the parcel hadnt arrived yet and I had expected it at least the week before, the very nice man said that he would contact the warehouse immediately and it arrived in 2 days . The kit is brilliant.

Bought 7 crochet kits from you on the 19th of August.
24th of August I emailed to ask where my order was. No reply on the 26th of August so I went to PayPal and they said they will put in a claim. I really don't want a refund I just want my items. 28th still nothing. Not happy.

Update, 2nd September recived most of my order, 1 set was missing. At 3pm I called but they where already left for home. The sight does say open till 5pm.....

Update 4th of September got the missing set from my order.

Wish there was better communication with this company. The sets them selves are of very good quality.
