I have purchased a great number of sneakers from reactrun, one reason is because of their array of sneakers especially retro Jordans. The only complaint I would have is the long delay in receiving the sneakers two to three weeks before receiving. This places great concern & disappointment.
Most receiving order was 5 days ago, no email confirmation or tracking number. I have emailed three times & received no response.
By this time, I should have received a response & tracking number..
I'm really concerned as this has never happened previously.
It has been expressed by others, there should be a contact number to speak to an agent .
Will I get my sneakers?

They offer a wide, amazing and unique choice of models. I ordered several pairs of Nike Air Force 1 between 2021 and 2023. Always received them in time and in case some pair was out of stock I could easily replace my order or get a quick and full refund. They are definitely my Nike Air Force 1 world wide reference dealer.

The shoes arent as bad as the reviews says, i ordered some jordan 1 mid, and though the proces took long time about 2-3 weeks, i was aware of it, and accepted it. Shoes were in fine condition, (even tho they were reps) i couldnt find a single mistake with them, and they were comfortable. Def the right place to buy reps.

Amazing, they helped with everything. Even though they are reps (as you might understand by their price) they are AMAZING quality, i couldn’t find a flaw and im really into this sneaker checking business. Im surprised. The delivery was incredibly fast at only 8 days and the price was excelent. No, im not paid to say this, i really mean it. I was scared at first by the other reviews but i was actually reliefed when i got them.

My package came in 12 days which was very fast. The shoe box was intact and the shoes itself are amazing. They definitely look real and the price is really good. Of course at first I was more suspicious and scared of this site but it’s legit. Nothing else to say👌.

Do not honor return policy. Shoes did not fit like the one I tried on in a store. Would not exchange for different size or refund money. Total scam!

Did worry at first as took a while to arrive but just received and very happy, authentic 100% happy

It took some time for Air Jordans to arrive, so I got quite worried, especially when I read all the bad reviews.

But the shoes did arrive in about three weeks from placing the order. Very nice and good quality.

Stay away from this site! Everything is fake! React and run! You have no rights once you buy all they do is respond from a no-reply email address, please don't waste your time! Everything on this site is badly made upon receipt! Sneakers look like clown shoes, they are wide and the soles are very thin mafe of some cheap plastic!

I ordered shoes worth BGN 220 after I finished the order and it was written that the order could not be realized after a few hours all the money from my account was withdrawn.
It’s scam.

How to refunds please help me i got scammed with nike air jordan 1 univirsity blue

Ordered GT Cut. Said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. Ordered on the 24th. It arrived in Germany the 25th. Got STUCK THERE FOR DAYS WITH NO EXPLANATION! No update for weeks until I demanded a refund. Then out of nowhere there’s an update & it gets sent to Sweden (where I reside) later on.
The shoes are in good condition but the process wasn’t worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Was actually surprised how fast my order got to Sydney 2 and a half weeks so I was pretty impressed. Shoes are mint condition. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

On Sept 26 I wrote a 5-star review for this company based on the 2 orders I received that were perfect in every way. I then placed a 3rd order with confidence.
This time the company cheats and scams customers! My order was placed for design Kaws Jordan 1 # 930155001 in black color. They told me they have no stock in my size so would I take Kaws Jordan 2 930155003 in grey color. So to save the order I said yes.I received it and right away tried it on at my home. The size was too small for my feet and I could not even tie the laces. The same day I asked to return it for a full refund. Their website says shoes can be returned if in perfect condition minus the freight cost. I asked them to send me a return sticker which they never answered. Then they offer a 25% discount and keep the shoes. I SAID NO! Then they offer a refund of $180 USD which stupid me said okay just to end this case. $180 USD = 5040 TWD.Then they send me a refund for 4970.00 TWD which is not $180 USD and now I lose 2209 TWD = $78 USD for what reason??????? I expect a FULL REFUND of 7179.56 TWD. They cheat a customer on everything no returns and lower refund than paid with no explanation why.

Guys i bought a pair of shoes and finally are good....but the only you need to do is to wait a long time...i read the coments and i thouht will be fake or something like
this or never come in my location but in the end all good!! Maybe i was lucky i dont know:((

Terrible place to buy shoes. Size 11 is much small than the same shoes I bought from Nike shop in Australia. Definitely fake, and the tongue is a flabby bit of material, nothing like the original. Sole is completely different also. Response to enquiry came from an email with the wrong spelling, Reactun, no r. Avoid this site or take the risk.

After a long wait, I received mine Nike Jordan, and I can say that they are in perfect condition exactly what I expected.I recommend the site despite all the negative comments.
