Wasn’t very happy with the service I bought a hulk toy from there online store was two available at time of purchase bought it for my sons birthday as he picked it on website thought was all good two days later they messaged me said it was the last one and was heavily damaged so was gona refer to manager to start refund process that was three days ago havnt heard nothing back or even a confirmation that my refund has been processed I messaged the shop l saying there was two available when I bought the item and there was still one available hours later when my son wanted to look at it again they said sorry that one sold on Amazon don’t think that is fair when I was the first purchase very awkward with there replies and also very slow to refund especially when it’s a toy shop and my 8 year olds birthday money and waiting upto nown5 days with no refund even proccesed my son is not very happy at all i would consider another toy store if u don’t want disappointing

Ordered a very expensive statue from here, was dispatched the same day and delivered the day after no issues, amazing statue great service! 👍🏻

Ordered on Tuesday ,arrived on Thursday! So surprised at how fast this was . Product just as described and box in perfect condition*****

If I could give this company no stars I would.
Appalling customer services.
I received the wrong item against what they had listed on their website.
When I raised the issue with them, they admitted their fault and they advised they had incorrectly uploaded the wrong pictures against the item listed. (email as proof to validate their error)
They offered to reimburse me after sending them the item back.
They agreed to send me a paid label but I yet to receive this.
I have chased for an update after giving them ample time and taking into consideration the holiday period however I have not received any other communication from them.

Ordered 3 item, only one was sent. They admitted the error and said they would refund me for the missing items. After waiting weeks and a few more emails there was no sign of the refund. I had to contact my credit card to get a refund that way.

I was unsure about ordering from here because as others have said, the reviews weren’t amazing. However, they weren’t terrible and I wasn’t ordering anything battery powered or remote controlled so I thought I’d give them a go. And actually, they were really good! My order was cheaper than elsewhere, arrived in good time, and was well packaged. The item is good quality. I would order from Reactive Toys again.

Thieves.. don't know how they are still in business..they send faulty product's and then sit back on your money and ignore you. After 23 email's! Absolute arse holes.

I read a couple of negative reviews about this firm and to be honest it made me a bit wary. I am happy to say I am glad I did give them the benefit of the doubt. They shipped my parcel the same day, fully tracked by Royal Mail, absolutely no issues, will use again.

I purchased a JohnDeere toy set online. I hesitated after reading the reviews about this company, but decided to take a chance.
I am delighted I did. I placed the order and it arrived within 2 days. The toy set is great.

Had a rare TIE fighter (MGS) for sale. The website only had two poor reviews but deal was so good I gave them a try. Glad I did as goods all came as described and in good condition.

I had the same problem. Ordered a rocket league and it didn't charge. When requested for a return to be arranged, they responded that they will be out if their pocket. As I explained that I am the one, who is out of pocket as I paid and didn't receive the right item. They said they need 5 days to speak to their manager and get back.

Bought two rocket league RC Micro cars and paid £3 delivery. One of the RC cars didn’t charge. Contacted company and response was you for me to send it back and pay for it out of my own pocket. Delivery back would have cost £3. the car itself was only £12.99. They also said they would try to repair it even though it was new and should be replaced.

Asked why I had to pay for sending it back with an explanation and they never responded. I would avoid this company. Maybe they can send a free returns label with purchases.
