Absolutely disgusting service. I have paid over £2000 to reach after I was told if I did not my website would be taken down. They had no authority to do this as they did not control the domain or hosting fees. Therefore, I paid over £2000 due to a threat made on false information. This form of "sales" is comparable to theft.

The level of professional conduct throughout my time with them has been utterly awful. I shall only focus on this payment issue. Once I made the payment, I asked for confirmation that it was reach keeping the website live as I had my doubts. No confirmation ever materialised. I have been trying since Sept to get my stolen money back but the amount of times I have been ignored is now beyond count.

Sorry but the business comes across as an extortion racket. Endless pressure to spend, and then when a product is picked, it is ignored (because I am guessing I did not want to spend enough). Why this company is allowed to virtually own all of the local ad space, is a mystery.

I've have been using ReachLocal for almost 1 year now. They do offer a variety of services which I find to be very helpful. For me, the selling point for ReachLocal is not their excellent track record, but it is the fact that they have a local rep!

We are just completing our first 12 months with Reach Local. in that period we have developed the confidence to double our spend across a new website, adwords campaign and reach chat all of which are adding serious value to our marketing. We see potential to double again our spend over the next 12 months.

On an individual level our account manager at Reach local (Dhillon) is always diligent, attentive and focused to our requirements.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Reach local to other businesses wishing to expand their online presence.

Firstly I have to commend Marie @ ReachLocal for being enthusiastic, pro-active and a real pleasure to work with. The first conversations meant working out what opportunities were available for the company and we were soon discussing the option of adding Live Chat (ReachChat) to the company website.

The chat runs seamlessly, was a doddle to set up, and helps us provide 24-hour service to our customers using chat operators who are diligent and able to get all the necessary information for our internal Customer Services team to follow up. The usage of the service by our customers was phenomenal, but the ReachChat team were able to keep on top of the demand and we're now able to respond quickly and relevantly to a range of questions and queries, which means better customer service, better reputation and increased conversions.

Working with Reachlocal this past 5 months I have seen my business change dramatically, we have always had a presence on-line with Google and Yell.com but we have never really understood what we were paying for or why we where never getting any leads from the internet. We paid £1000's over the years to marketing companies but I felt that the internet was not cost effective for my business. Since meeting with Sean Kelly from Reaclocal he has helped me understand how things work on-line, what people search for and why people couldn't find us through the internet. Reachlocal have since built us a brand new website, they advertise us on-line which I get daily updates from with their Reachlocal app alerting me every time I get a new lead from the internet, which inturn helps me understand what I get in return from the money I spend. It really is brilliant. I have recommended Reachlocal to other businesses already and will continue to do so.

Reach local have provided an excellent product and service which has enabled us to track our enquiries and record customer information easily. Reach Edge has also enabled us to set up fantastic re marketing campaigns which are simple to use and highly effective. Marie has always been great at answering any queries and helping our campaign improve each week,

I had been recommended to use ReachLocal by a friend off mine,after doing my research i went ahead with them and set up my campaign wich they set it up and got it started with in days. Now working with reach local we know what the process is doing we know it is delivering and I would recommend them to anybody. They have very helpfull staff in other word there custome rservice is brilliant allways one phone call away from my account manager, there call centre staff is wonderfull. so far they have helped myt business grow in every aspect and i couldnt do it with out Reach Local and there team working on my campaign.

Reach Local and the platform Reach Edge is an integral part of our business growth. It has enabled us to track all leads and business opportunities via our company website. Furthermore the call monitoring has also allowed us to develop the quality of our client experience and ensure new and existing business is not lost.

Ive been using this service for around 12 months:
My account was paused at my request, but the payments out of my account didnt stop. Nor did the advertising.
The account pause was requested due to our inability to fulfill the requests coming in, as we were particularly busy, therefore, due to the advertising not stopping, we were essentially ignoring customers, potentially damaging our brand.
4 months of stop requests, email, terse conversations and promises of a refund and saying that the advertising was stopped followed.
Finally, to stop them taking money from us we had to cut the DD from our end. Resulting in a "missed payment notification' which probably damaged our credit rating.

The account manager regularly went on holiday with no other person to manage the account and the shambles behind the scene has left our brand and credit score damaged.

Advice: if you want to use the product (whoch is good) be prepared to deal with the back of house systems, which are appalling.

Great experience using reach local, very trustworthy and hitting all the targets they promised when we signed up. Our rep is very thorough with our campaign and we are getting great results!

As a business we have not looked back, ever since joining teams with Reachlocal.It has been a joy to work with them and very fruitful to say the least. My advisor Adil has been outstanding in keeping us uptodate with all the trimmings that go with the site.A wonderful experience all round.
