I had my appointment with Rachel earlier this week and after my consultation decided to go ahead with semi permanent eyebrow procedure.
I had my first treatment today and am extremely happy with the results, looking forward to going back in a month for second treatment.
I found Rachel to be very professional and certainly very knowledgable about her treatments.
Rachel and all staff members I have met are really friendly, also the salon is really high standard
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this salon.

Costumer service not responding in 10 out of 10 cases.

Just dont.

I got a fix interest loan to avoid risk and changes in my monthly/annual payments, however the administration charge keep changing so a fix 3.5% loan is not actually a 3.5% since there are variable administration charges. Maybe I should have just gone with a more risky loan. I feel a bit stupid!

Funny thing that i recently was advised to change my loan this year to lower my annual payments but my total loan amount has increased as a consequence - Don't remember anyone telling me about this 60% loan/value rule at the time, feel as it was a RD plan to begin with to increase the total loan amount to push up the loan/value ratio. I may have made another choice at the point, possibally change companies.

Wonder if RD lower admin charges when the crisis turns to the better - I dont think so... Finally the cost to changing to another company is so high that you are kindly of stuck.
