Very good only thing i would say is they should include paper instructions too for people without a p.c.

I ordered a car for my son and unfortunately I ordered the wrong car , I spoke to Barrie and explained what I had done and his reply was " No problem , send it back and let me know which car you should have ordered and I'll send you that one in its place " The courier I used to return the car took an age to return it for me and again RC Toyworld kept me updated by text on a daily basis right up until the day it was finally delivered back to them.
The new car was delivered to me swiftly and my son is now happy that he has the correct car.
The customer service I received was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

RC yachts have a wonderful range of RC yachts - they really know what they are talking about and are extremely friendly and helpful. We have now purchased three RC yachts from RC Toy World. Their products are excellent to start and the after sales service has also be great.

it was my first purchase in this website and i was little afraid to buy on it as i am in france and not england, but i have do it and i have really no regret!

we can also speak with an operator of the site for all our question and we had always a quick reply and action.

this is a very fast buggy its not the biggest but it packs a punch. so fast for what u paying for !!!!!

I originally bought two boats from RC Toy World which arrived almost before the ink dried. After a problem with one of the boats they sorted things out without any fuss and they did it immediately. This organisation has integrity and honour their obligation to the customer and not only that their products are not only brilliant but real value for money. I will definitely do business again with such a reliable service.

After initial Wait of a couple of months due to no stock in the country, my Taigen Tiger tank arrived. I purchased this through RC Toy World who kept me up to date when they would be due in.
Nearly all contacts was completed through email, which to my surprise and confidence in them, was answered promptly. (Thanks Barry) I say promptly, within 5 mins not a day or so like some other companies. Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly.
In the near future I hope to be adding to my Hubsan 4 copter family and will certainly be contacting RC Toy World for help.
Oh yes and the Tiger Tank is brilliant.

RC Toy World

I have heard nothing since.
As of todays date the ordered product has not yet been recieved. It's a toy helicopter, what could the problem be?

would like to thank evre one at RC Toy World for sending my ship out so qick.

Whilst I have no complaints about ordering and service I do find the postage and packaging expensive and would be reluctant to reorder, I have previously placed an order direct to the factory in China and the P&P was a third of your costs.

The car arrived just in perfect time for the birthday party.

Great looking plane whish I took pics before I tried flying it as I crashed because the left aileron was stuck and the plane is now dead £130 gone. good idea to get a knife and clear away any bits that might stick and also just because the servers come complete does not mean that they are set up to fly. spent a lot of time getting my bits sorted and straight but unfortunately I should have checked what the builder of the plane had done before I killed my plane.

I purchased just a bag of HTX connectors which is a small order. It came in a couple of days! It looked exactly as it did on the web-site which is important as I wasn't sure if they were what I needed but because the picture was clear I knew exactly what I was getting. Great!

I bought the cessna plane, the charger didn't work and there were bits missing, got told to speak to Skyartec, spoke to skyartec who told me to chase retailer, sent back to skyartec. Skyartec referred me back to retailer after saying I could BUY another charger from them!- I got bored- £120 odd lesson learned; lesson was not to purchase a skyartec product again and not to use your outlet again.
Sorry, but you did ask!!!!

Buy off them with no worries, goods are what they say they are, you will use them again
