I placed my order on July 8th fast forward to September 18th and I haven't received anything. I emailed them asking for shipping or tracking information as I never received any and they only gave me some generic "Covid shipping delay" response the first time asking me to be patient. I emailed them 3 more times asking for a refund and they have not refunded me & will not respond to my emails. Definitely a scam site.

This is such a scam! Stay away if I could put no stars I would! I received a laser piece that’s all. Straight scam.

Like some others that have reviewed this site, I was scammed!!! I thought I just found an amazing deal that probably wouldn’t work but I thought hell I’ll give it a try anyway... then the package came. I didn’t get IPL that was pictured with my order... I got the top of the IPL? I went to the website an looked around and found out after reading all the info about the “amazing IPL” at the bottom it stated handset not included? They also now have a brand new updated handset, which doesn’t tell if the part I got is compatible. The pictures and entire page imply you get everything... NOPE 👎🏼. I was going to return the item but there is a 50% restocking fee and I assume I’ll have to pay shipping... after all that the hassle of going to the post office I’m just eating the money.

I’m outraged by the product I received in the mail. I received a white broken piece of a device wrapped in a piece of card board cut in half and taped together. This company is a scam, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking people’s earned money in this way.

I ordered on July 1 and just received my "product" yesterday or lack there of! It literally is the head of the laser and nothing else (missing many parts)! It came in what looks like a piece of cardboard cut to resemble a box and then in a plastic bag, no official packaging, no invoice, nothing! I emailed them last night, waiting for a response. Spend a little more and go with someone else!!! Extremely disappointed!!

I requested a refund at least 3 times with no response. I even reached out on Instagram. Order at your ow n risk. I amstuck with a product I can't use.

I would give a 0 if I could. They do not respond to emails when there is a problem. I am still waiting on a reply so I can return a product. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered two products from this company on may 11th 2020, it’s now July the 25th and the products still haven’t turned up with a totalling cost of $198! the shipping company they use is stone3pl and there tracking system is awful and just says it’s still in China. Rcleansing do not have a phone number to call so it’s via email! I’ve only ever had one reply from them. I would stay away from this company!

I have placed my order on 26th June 2020 and it’s 19th July I did not receive my order. I don’t know when I will receive it. I am hoping I will at least get it in 2021. I think they need to update the Instagram ads and website for there delayed deliveries.

Money Well Spend! I did not expect anything because 1) it was advertised on the instagram 2) I know there is no such thing that permanently removes your hairs 3) it is cheaper than going to the shop.

So I've completed my 5th session now, and I think it takes about 1.5 -2 weeks to regrow now.
I still don't think it will permantely remove my hairs but it will definitely slow the regrowth of hairs!!! So for me, I'm really satisfied. But I gave 4 stars because I saw other cheaper devices that exactly looked the same.

I wouldn't upload any photos because It doesn't really tells you if it is really effective or not by just looking at the photos (because you always have to shave before you use it).

overall, i'm just happy that it actually works and how it is easy to use :)
