This company doesn’t even deserve a one star. Avoid at any cost. I took out insurance through money supermarkets. Right choice insurance is a fraud . They increase your insurance by many folds by knit picking even the date of purchase of the vehicle could increase you instant by £500. Do not insure your vehicle with them

avoid at any cost - it will cost you more than any other insurance you have ever had. any discrepancy will cost you £90 plus £50 admin extra - basically after cancelling we had £14 refund after 3 months of being insured.

This company is professionally engaged in fraud and here for a short time, as always such companies come temporarily, make money on gullible people and disappear. If you do not want problems, and to have money stolen from your bank account, save your nerves and avoid them like the plague.

Absolute scumbags. No obligation period, tried to cancel and they say I’m not allowed my deposit back and that I need to pay a fee (even though I’m in my no obligation period).

I destroyed this company it's big corruption here,so I send my solicitors to this shit company,I recording all speaks,now I fill big strees and whey pay me big compansiasion for my strees, corruption for everething!

Absolute farce of a Company. £424 to insure my car. 30 weeks in, with 22 weeks to go I cancelled my policy. My refund? ...£14.22. Reasons? £90 cancelation fee, £70 admin and 10% left of policy they take also!! BE WARNED. I will never use them again!

Absolute shambles of a company. How you can justify £350 cancellation fee for 16 days cover is beyond me, I won't be backing down for love nor money! Bit of advice, don't give in to these rip of merchants. Make sure you ask for a breakdown of the fees, as they are simply unfair and dont correlate to their terms and conditions.

If you plan on getting a new car or cancelling your policy half way through the year the costs associated are ridiculous. Our car broke down beyond repair, they would not insure our new car and wanted nearly as much to cancel the policy than we were quoted for a whole year. Our year policy was just over 500 pounds and they wanted 400 to cancel and we only had the insurance 2 months. This company is an absolute joke they should not be allowed to charge these fees they are literally robbing people.

Worst car insurance company ever. More expensive than anyone else on the insurance market. Avoid this company. Low quality of customer service. We bought car insurance, the amount was twice as much as other companies, we decided to cancel this insurance, so they charged another 60 pounds for cancellation. In one month they charged us over £240, which is outrageous.

I was quoted 130 PM by these last year, i thought thats not bad. Then after i paid i had an email where it was all confirmed. Then, a few hrs later had an email saying i did not put in the right date of when i brought the car, so we are sticking on an extra 30 odd quid a month! i was actually 2 days out! - after a few emails to them i was just blanked.
Fast forward a year, im getting bombarded with emails to renew, obviously after last years performance i was no way going to re-insure with them. And the quote.. wait for it.. doubled!

Please dont rip people off for your own greed, we have enough being taxed to hell by the GOV.

Quick quote and found it cheaper than last year!

I was sold an insurance policy through this company last year and was unfortunate enough to have an accident earlier this year which wrote my car off.

Right Choice use an organisation called Davies Group as their claim handlers and all you have to do is read their reviews to see what a terrible organisation they are.

I was basically unable to get hold of Wakam - the people I had the policy with and it took literally hours to speak to anyone at DG so I had to go back to my only point of reference and that was Right Choice! They helped me to get things moving by contacting Davies group because by this point I had reached the end with them and I also requested to raise a complaint which Right Choice did for me!

Thinking this was all over and done with......silly me! Today I get CCJ through the post from the person I had the accident with for £5672.66!!! Davies group have not paid out so they seem to be chasing me! I rang Right choice for help because as stated earlier it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Davies group and guess what....they didn't want to know! No offer to email their contact in Davies group to find out what has happened, nothing! Davies group actually says "Dealing with claims on behalf of Right Choice insurance" but apparently no one cares there! I am beside myself, I don't know what I am going to do!

All I got from the 'manager' at Right Choice was an accusation I was shouting and basically told to F off!

Yes they're cheap, but I'm telling you when things go wrong they do not want to know, they are your point of contact you don't ever speak to your insurance company directly but they hide behind "we're just the brokers" at every other opportunity!

I will be making a report to FOS tomorrow because this is absolutely ridiculous!

NO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I paid £378 for a new policy. They wanted to increase it by £206 after I had started the policy. I wanted to cancel after 4 days due to the increase - they said they would charge me £204 to cancel. I therefore had to stay with them. I hate this company with a vengeance.

Horrible company steel your money and the customer service was a scummy rude woman, my breakdown policy had not even started but when canceling they would only refund two thirds of my money! Low life company!!

Wish I could give 0 stars for this disgrace of a company! My god where do I start? First off after signing up and paying the fee it took them 5 days to email my certificate of insurance which meant I had to temporarily insure my van costing me £120! Forget uploading your details on their online portal as that doesn't work. Now onto customer service! C***s!!!!! On the off chance you do get through to them they have no clue what they're doing and bounce you around different departments! I had to make a claim and the ignorance on their part was unbelievable! Phone calls and emails go unanswered so bad at one point I genuinely felt they sent a salvage company to just steal my van! Only after I got a lawyer to threaten them with a lawsuit did they get in touch with me! The whole thing took almost 4 months to be sorted and even though I said I would like a replacement vehicle when I signed up,they said I wasn't entitled to one! How they are still a functioning insurance company is shocking! Worst experience of my life hands down! Do yourself a favour and risk driving uninsured over going with this mob

I pay for my insurance in full every year I got a quote through comparison site with ladybird insurance so who the hell are these numptys. A broker making extra dollar a month into my insurance I bought a new car and kept same policy they charged 245 admin fee plus cancellation of old policy. It was actually cheaper to insure new car. You can't drive other cars your not covered because thet are a broker I'm now with Hastings these dumb Aholes from London need to jump in the Thames

Avoid at all costs. I have just sold my car with 6 months left on the insurance and they are only giving me back £22!!!!!! It should easily of been a couple if hundred. They are keeping the rest for cancellation fees, admin fees, and very vague fees. I was supposed to get a breakdown of all this which I intended to send to Rip Off Britain but now cant get any response from them at all. Scam company!!!!!!

Took out a policy which was not due to start for another 15 days. Tried to cancel within 4 days and was told it's an ridiculous £60 cancellation fee! Apparently it's in the small print in their terms and conditions! In other words it's not made clear. Apparently work had already been carried out on the policy which I very much doubt. Their quotes maybe cheap, but service is very poor. Stay away from this company unless you like being ripped off!

It's all a big fat scam! Using price comparison sites, they have different insurance names! I thought I was getting Ladybird Insurance but its RCIB- they are a financial broker!!
They give you one quote online and then double it after you accepted the cheaper quote. They take out the entire annual amount, even though you selected monthly. Then when you ring them to cancel & a full refund. Within 2 days! They take out £200 cancellation fee. They are a SCAM! Avoid! Disgusting!

Renewed my policy. Received a courtesy call, confirmed multiple times that my new policy would go ahed and that RCIB had all of the information they needed. ON THE DAY that my new policy was supposed to start I got an email stating that my policy was cancelled due to lack of information. absolute shambles. 0 stars
