I used the blades for years. I was happy with the products and happy with the quality.
Now they have changed the handles and blades and the quality is really bad.
Handle broke on first use and so did the second one i ordered. Blades are also sh*t now.
Not buying again.
I bought some razors from them in the past and they worked great. Bought some again a few years later and they had changed the handle design and the blades didn’t fit in the old one. I asked them send me a new handle with free shipping (It was a 5 euro charge). And they went one step further, they send a new handle totally free of charge. Now THAT is good Customer Service
ordered 4 blades 1 month ago, send several mails to customer service about delivery, but they don't even take the effort to answer mails. Avoid as much as possible
Ordered 3 soaps. Took numerous emails and about a month to get them delivered and it was the wrong soaps. I went back to them and they promised they'd send out the missing soap same day. Another month later and I am still waiting. Each time I reach out it takes about 2-3 emails to get a response. The soaps themselves are great! But this company has the most shockingly poor customer service I have ever experienced and judging from their twitter account I am not alone.
