First of all

First of all , I had to wait 2 weeks before you to come out to just for you to look at the sofa.. Then you didn’t even fix the problem and then you said you would call me to schedule a appointment.. Now I probably have to wait for whenever you decide to come out again in the meantime I have a sofa I can’t use…

Kevin G was the best salesman ever

Kevin G was the best salesman ever! Very welcoming, informing us and taking us to where the beds were, but then backing off and letting us look without breathing down our necks. just how I like it. He was professional, kind and very funny! I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to go see him!

We had an excellent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Rockaway, NJ, thanks to Ally Davaria! She was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

We had lots of questions and even tried several different mattresses. Ally took the time to explain the differences, answer every question thoroughly, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured.

Because of her outstanding customer service and expertise, we felt confident in our decision and ended up making a purchase. She truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re shopping at the Rockaway store, I highly recommend asking for Ally.
