Excellent customer service and…
Excellent customer service and knowledge of their products. Long story short, I was dealing with another furniture company and it was a total nightmare. I needed one piece of a sectional from an incorrect order from Ashley Furniture. Had several calls and 5 in store visits to get it right after a month of wrong furniture deliveries and pick ups and an incomplete set of furniture. One visit to Raymour & Flanigan’s website and a chat with an amazing customer service representative, my problem was solved. I regret not going to Raymour from the beginning, but will be sure to start there, going forward. Absolutely the best experience I could’ve had!

Furniture that does not need assembly
Good quality furniture and many items to choose from..
I did not buy it thru the Paramus store; however, the salesman was more than gracious and helpful.
I wanted to to see the actual night stand before purchasing and I was undecided at the time.
Again kudos to the salesman that helped in July..I do not remember his name

Our sales person was Christine and she was very patient as we tested a few mattresses. We ended up buying a queen mattress with her guidance.

A very helpful salesperson
A very helpful salesperson, Adrian Greenidge, helped me find just the piece of furniture I needed for the small space available. It wasn't on display in the showroom, but was part of a collection that had other pieces on display. He knew the inventory so well that he was able to get me to exactly the right thing.
