Platinum protection does not mean a…

Platinum protection does not mean a thing. It would not cover the damage of the faux leather couch I bought. It would not cover the console outlets that never worked. Don’t buy it your wasting your money. Also there is zero customer service to speak to. This company doesn’t care about their customers. I will never purchase from them again. I will tell all friends family my experience. I will post to all social media including facebook. I will send emails to every person I know. I would hate for them to make the same mistake I did.

Unable to schedule convenient delivery

Unable to schedule delivery at a time convenient for me. Never received an order number for reference. Was disconnected when trying to use the 'customer convenience' 888 phone service.
Was informed that customers had no input for delivery times when finally able to contact customer service via web chat. Cancelled order.

We had a great experience with Raymour…

We had a great experience with Raymour & Flanigan. Sales representative Ms Tiffany Dunnigan assisted my wife and I with our furniture purchase. Tiffany is very detail oriented, well organized and helped us find exactly what we wanted. The other furniture stores tried telling us what we wanted. Thank you Tiffany for guiding us, and giving excellent recommendations.

Called in for service in May

Called in for service in May, i need an part to be ordered, till now still stuck with a broken sofa, a formal complaint was placed yesterday. Waiting to see what Raymour &flanigan will do about this situation. Extremely disappointed. Been a customer for many many years, and its highly disappointing to be treated this way.

My salesperson was WOW.

My salesperson was WOW.. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE.. coupled with a professionally casual sales approach... he was "visiting" this location from another store. He had to refer to other sales staff to locate particular items in the store and each one greeted me warmly and happily assisted. Did I mention the AWESOME selection of furnishings? I will DEFINITELY be back.

I never received a confirmation email…

I never received a confirmation email or information about the financing. I am pretty disappointed. I’ve had wonderful interactions in person before, but doing everything online was not good. Also, when I used the chat feature on the website to find out more information and get help, Bill, who took my chat was very short with me and did not help much other than pushing through at least a confirmation email. He just curtly said to call customer care and signed off “my plasure” misspelled.

Bob was a be great salesman who took his time to show and explain many options if leather couches and chairs. Very Honest, great selection and your people at the Wilkes-Barre store were excellent and knew their product me Thanks again Bob S. and Raymore and Flanagan.
