We ordered a tall chest (Luna) that was recently delivered to our home - this was the second delivery... the original chest arrived damaged, and after contacting the customer service team, a replacement was scheduled and delivered.
Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed to report that the replacement chest was also damaged. Specifically, there is damage to the top left corner, accompanied by discoloration around the affected area that appears as though an attempted repair may have been made. Additionally, the bottom left corner of one of the drawers is peeling.
These issues do not appear to be the result of handling by the delivery team. The chest arrived carefully packaged, and the movers did not need to navigate any stairs or other challenging conditions during delivery. Based on the condition of the packaging and the nature of the defects, it appears the damage existed prior to delivery.
To further compound our frustration, the delivery team arrived approximately 40 minutes after the delivery window we were provided.
This is now the second time we have been inconvenienced by receiving a damaged item, and we are understandably frustrated with the time and effort required to address an issue that should have been resolved with the replacement delivery.
Raymour & Flanigan called the following day - unapologetic, however did provide some options to move forward. The solution we arrived at was a gift card of $150 to the store and another replacement that we are pending receipt of. We sincerely hope this will settle all issues and that the third delivery's condition is undamaged.

I recently purchased a living room set from this location. I worked with a fantastic designer named Erica Shipe. It was a great experience working with her. She was very knowledgeable and patience. I would definitely recommend Erica if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

The delivery was scheduled for 2/11/26 with a time frame of 1:30pm-4:30pm. The delivery came early (around 12:00pm) while I was not home. I took time off of work to be here during the scheduled time. I called the manager at approximately 1:30pm at the Clifton Park location, who advised me that the delivery people were unable to return due to having already headed south for the day. In the end, I utilized time off from work that was not necessary. I had to reschedule the delivery for Saturday, 2/14/26, which was the earliest date available.
I had gone to the Latham store to buy a couch to replace my old one. They were way too pushy so I went to the Clifton Park store the next day. Rebecca Kane introduced herself immediately but when I told her I just wanted to look around, she kindly told me I could do that but that she’d be available if I needed help. After getting a feel for what I wanted, I asked her to help me. I told her I wanted a couch that wasn’t too deep and a recliner. I also gave her the dimensions of my room so she could see if the furniture would fit. She knows the store well and recommended a couch and then a push-back chair at a completely different location in the store. They matched perfectly and were exactly what I wanted. She measured them against my living room square footage and assured me they would fit.
If it hadn’t been for Rebecca’s knowledge, I probably wouldn’t have been able to find what I wanted. I’m lucky she was the one who took care of me.
Rebecca is an asset to your company. She’s great! I’m keeping her business card so that I can contact her when I need more furniture, beds, etc.
They delivered on time. Carried the old mattress out. Brought everything in and set up and explained how it worked. Loved that they showed us how to raise the whole bed so we could make it. Slept in it last night, really comfortable. Guys were great! Thank you❣️
Saleswoman was courteous, attentive and while she did suggest a higher priced item that may have been a better fit for us she did not push the issue when I declined.
I'd give it no stars but there's no option. 4 years ago today i bought two couches, a dinning room set, tree hall, and a kitchen island so i spent some money. I was sold this platiumn protection that was suppose to cover pet damage, etc. Everyone do not listen to the sale people READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE COMMITTING bc it doesn't cover what was promised but that's not my biggest problem. My middle cushion to my couch is ripping at the seam where the zipper is and i put in a claim for that. Along with an order for a back cushion that won't be covered in my promised protection plan. I recieve a call back and they tell me the couch is no longer stocked, and no longer in their factory. So a couch i bought 4 years ago trying to get a replacement part for doesn't exist anymore. I will never spend another dime at Raymour & Flanigan, I will tell all my loved ones, friends and anyone i know, all the patient's i meet in my day to never buy from this sham of a place again.
