Raymour & Flanigan - Fairfield Reviews 

3 months later: No furniture. NO $$$$ back!
I paid the full purchase price of $1500 for a
dresser and bedside table and mirror at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Fairfield NJ on November 8, 2025.
I must say the salesman Arnaldo Roa has been extremely professional and tried to help me get my money back.

When I bought the furniture, it was to be held until I closed on an apartment and moved, sometime in December. I was shocked to get a call on December 4 that the delivery truck was at my future address. I quickly called the store and they had the truck return to Elizabeth until the correct delivery was setup. A few weeks later, I called my salesman to set up the delivery. A couple hours later he called and said that the furniture was dropped and extensively damaged on December 4. None of the 43 US Raymour & Flanigan stores had the merchandise and the maker had shut down production of it. I should have been alerted that the furniture no longer existed and my refund should have been started on December 4.
Instead, today is January 8, 2026 and I've been waiting for 60 days.

I have reached out to customer service several times, with no resolution. All I want is my MONEY back.

Update: It's now February 10th and I still have not received all my money! AVOID this store! Sales persons are good but customer service is horrible.

Salesman, Anthony Calderon was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with.

Very satisfying

Sales person was very thoughtful for letting me be with my friend in discussing all possible thoughts for the piece of furniture I was interested in buying. We must have been there sitting across from the unit of furniture just talking pros and cons, more pros. I want to personally again Thank Henry for having patients and consideration in my long decision in purchasing. Thoroughly Answered all my questions and explained additional possibilities

Kind words and patience. Not too pushy either which I appreciated. Sometimes the client needs some time to browse on their own without being followed constantly.

Your sales person Andrea was A 1. Superb in every way. Answered every question ! Pointed out special things about items. Made herself available at all times for questions and ideas. She is a gem. In Fairfield NJ store.

The people at the Waterford store was so polite and respectful very nice man and the man that took my order online was great 👍
