Raymour & Flanigan - Egg Harbor Reviews 

Raymour & Flanagan needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service standards. I purchased a bedroom set and two end tables for Friday delivery. The truck arrived two hours late, and the wrong end tables were delivered. I rejected them and immediately contacted the advisor, who promised to follow up the next day. He never did.

Over the next several days including Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday, I called the main office repeatedly. Not once was I able to reach the Egg Harbor Township store. I asked for the incorrect items to be canceled, yet I have received no updated invoice, no confirmation, and no communication of any kind.

Once the sale was made, the store stopped engaging entirely. I feel ghosted by both the franchise and the Egg Harbor Township location. This is not acceptable customer care, and I would caution others to be aware of the lack of accountability.

Wayne always takes the time to go above and beyond for us while making sure our needs are met…Liz too is always board!

I was able to browse at my leisure - I looked at every piece of living room and office furniture to make sure I was making the right choice. My rep, Dylan, was knowledgeable and relatable - I enjoyed working with him. Great experience.

Teon met us at the entrance to the store and showed us mattresses. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were so impressed with his attention to detail we bought our mattress and he secured a reasonable discount.

Denise Addessa was our sales consultant and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with!! Took her time and was extremely helpful with our purchases.

We purchased a living room set 7 months prior and had 3 separate problems with it. We asked for a reselect. Everyone was amazing to work with and made it extremely easy for us. We felt they heard our concerns and walked us through the process of getting a different set.

Our salesperson, Iris Levy, was just wonderful. Extremely helpful and personable.

Found the perfect new bedroom set and it was delivered on the day I chose and it was handled with great care. Love it! Great customer care team and our salesman Antoine was amazing!

We are returning customers and recently purchased patio furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. There was a nice selection, and we found the perfect outdoor dining table as well as sectional seating. Lori Coffey, our salesperson, was quite helpful throughout the process. Kudos to Lori and R& F!

Liz was amazing. So patient as I changed my mind on colors, styles, and even having to leave temporarily to visit my new home to get accurate measurements. It was a great experience and I am so glad that I chose to go with Raymour & Flanagan for my furniture needs.

Greeted when I came in. Let me look around and gave me the time needed. Then when I needed the help was right there. Smooth and easy process.

Mike, the salesman was very professional, very knowledgeable about the products, informed us of the details and comparisons and let the products and the facts speak for themselves. He was not pushy and was entirely no pressure in our delays in making a decision and instead was very helpful. He is a great asset toRaymor and Flanagan and the kind of employee that makes the customer want to come back in the future.
