Store manager was very kind and understanding. He answered all my questions (many). I tried several mattresses and kept going back, trying again and asking more questions. He was very patient and kind.

Hubert was awesome.
Hubert was awesome. HE will be my go to person when we look for new furniture. There was a problem on the finance end (not with the store with comenity) that they could not process on their end. I had to return a couple of times. Eric Legrett and Hubert O'Mally could not have been nicer and more professional.

All your quality furniture needs at one place!
They have a wonderful selection of good, quality furniture at reasonable prices to choose from. Our salesperson, Shah, guided us as we selected furniture for our new home. He was extremely helpful with our choices, and showed us how to put a room together with accessories. He was knowledgeable about inventory and not pushy. He showed us what we asked to see and did not push us out of our comfort level. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan for all your furniture needs.

My salesperson, Eric Legrett, made my shopping experience very pleasant. He explained the store layout which allowed me shop at my own pace. Once I found what I wanted, the check out process was seamless and delivery appointment was set up.

We only had bed frames delivered
We only had bed frames delivered, but they had to go all the way up to the third floor. The men were extremely polite and efficient and set the boxspring and mattresses up to our satisfaction.
