Raymour & Flanigan - Deptford Reviews 

Returning to the Cherry Hill Store 12/02/23, meeting Kia after asking for Barbara whom I previously met on my first visit to this store approximately a year prior, who no longer works there. Moving forward; Kia led me to the “Enbright Collection”, which I was sure was going to be my 3rd and final living room set. After having difficulty finding a set that I was able to sit on and enjoy without experiencing pain and stiffness the next morning due to suffering with lower lumbar issues. I knew I needed something that was attractive but also firm, providing me with the support but also the comfort I required after a long days work.
I previously studied and did through research on the set and was convinced this was what I was looking for.
Kia showed me the way, took the time I needed, answered my questions, understanding I was also looking for an accent chair Kia gently and respectfully made suggestions with nothing but exceptional professional. Seeing the Enbright Set up close, trying it out for the firmness and the style, I was more than convinced this was finally the set for me! Unfortunately; it was still a couple questions I needed answered, as well as to make a choice on an accent chair. Once going on line I realized the Deptford Store was where I needed to go to complete my inquiry and finalize my decision, but I also found that the terrific young lady I first met a year prior who was one of the most gracious, friendliest yet knowledgeable as well as patient and professional sales individuals I have met was now working at this particular store in Deptford. Things were systematically falling in place for me!! I was closer to the long awaited transformation of my new living room but the young lady., Barbara, who I felt deserved to get the credit for the sale that never took place when we first met was finally going to get it now!!! Upon meeting again, she was as warm, kind and pleasant as I remembered from our prior meeting in Cherry Hill! She wasn’t anxious, in making the sale but she allowed me to explain my situation, what I needed and to my surprise it was what I received!!! We were led to their floor display, It wasn’t the gray that I decided to get but it was fine, because what I really needed was to see the console which was one additional piece I wanted to add to the 3 piece set I had selected from the Enbright Sectional. She requested and assisted a co-worker to rearrange their entire floor display to accommodate me so I could see first hand the set up with the console added to the 3 piece set I had already decided to purchase along with her assistance and recommendations on my accent chair that I am so loving! Every piece matches even better than what I imagined! It’s very stylish, very firm and most of all, it’s just the lumbar support I required!!! My Enbright 3 piece set in “Brook Dove” arrived 3 days ago along w/ my “Loft Ivory Accent Swivel Chair” and I am in just awe of the comfort and pleasure I am finally experiencing🤗🥰👍👍
I have been off work and relaxing on each piece throughout the entire 3 days. To my amazement I have yet to experience any lower back pain or any stiffness at all when getting up from either piece nor when getting up the following day!!

I found the perfect item available in the perfect color. My son purchased a similar item from Raymour & Flanigan and it was beautifully made and very comfortable. The website is easy to navigate. Plus the financing approval was a quick process. I am excited for the arrival of my sofa. I also appreciate that I was contacted via text from an associate that offered their help.

Randy Block was right there with a friendly smile & from there on he did his job professionally, with expertise, & knowledge of ALL the products he showed me. Couldn’t have had a better experience !!!

The sales person was very nice and took time to show me several options however I thought I was purchasing a mattress and box spring, Not until delivery did I find out I did not get a box spring which I have now ordered. Unfortunately I now don’t have a complete bed for my special needs son who this will cause troubles for him to accept. I even attempted to pick up the box spring but was told that delivery was the fastest option.

Customer service was great. Kat Morris was awesome. She was patient, new what she was talking about, and made my experience worth the purchase. I will go back and ask fir Kat again.
