I bought a 5 year platinum protection plan and when they didn’t want to repair but rather replace the sofas previously that apparently ended the protection plan I purchased? I was not aware of this and one of the replacement sofas is now broken and I am still 18 months from the initial 5 years being completed but I have no coverage. I am NOT happy, will not be returning.

Although the furniture and its delivery was exceptional, nobody can tell me when I will receive my desk that is still yet to come. Not even my local R&F can tell me when I will be getting it.

I have been looking at this chair for at least 6 months. Glad it is still in stock. I will pick it up on Friday. $50 delivery fee for a 4 mile drive from the store to my house is too much.
