I always use Raybells for my aggregates. This last time I had 8 lorry loads of various types and delivery to our site is not straight forward. They always are so helpful and always manage delivery with great communication from the admin and delivery staff.
Hi Had a phn call to collect a chair and a cushion. When I collected no chair and not my cushion I live down a lane so no one would put rubbish in our skip.
Outrageous service, promised to pick up on ten different occasions- failed to turn up each time - staff giving false promises and even putting the phone down on me. Avoid at all cost.
When collecting the skip, the driver swung it into our fence, damaging a support beam. The driver notified us of the incident and showed us the damage to the fence. Raybell is now claiming we moved the skip closer to the fence (we didn’t) and it is therefore our fault. They are refusing to repair the damage and are now ignoring my emails.
Poor service. Left me for 3 weeks now without collecting the skip, which is blocking neighbours parking spaces. I have phoned 5-6 times to be told I’m on the urgent list for collection ( I feel sorry for people on the normal list then) but still nothing. Terrible service.
