Love the glasses. I’ve had them for about 3 months, they have recently started getting warm and disconnecting from my phone a lot. I contacted Meta (I purchased them for Meat) and they had me contac... See more

I am fan of Rayban sunglasses over 35 years and have somany pairs of it, about the services from Rayban store in Brant Cross it's brilliant.
One of my aviator sunglasses were become out shape and I went to them, the person called Amar in Brent Cross branch looked my glasses and adjusted in shap again on the spot and he done it.
Also case of glasses worn out and he offered me stronger case free of charge to make happy.
I really appreciate Amar for his brilliant service.
It is very rare I review thing but not impressed. I bought a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, polarised last year, I've worn them about 10 times, as I wear prescription glasses and ony wear sunglasses when I put my contact lenses in. I got intouch with RayBan through their website, sent all receipts and pictures of the lens which the film has peeled off, they have said the glasses have run out of warranty? But they could repair them for £90. Why would you pay for a repair at that cost. Total rip off and you wouldn't expect this to happen from a make like RayBan.

The customer service and support I have received from Ray-Ban has always been great! Not to mention, their product quality has always been positive and vision correction reliable. I don't think I would like wearing spectacles as much if I didn't have a pair of Ray-Ban prescription glasses 👓

I tried ordering replacement parts for my glasses through Ray-Ban and had a terrible experience.
Their website told me three times that my payment failed — yet I ended up with three pending charges on my card and no order confirmation. Nothing showed in my account.
Online chat kept logging me out, and it took way too long to find the correct U.S. phone number. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told no order existed and the charges would eventually fall off.
So now I still don’t have my parts, and I won’t be using their website again. If you need replacement parts, don’t go through Ray-Ban directly. The online system is unreliable and support is frustrating.

Quality of prescription lenses is absolutely shocking! It’s my third pair and I will never ever again buy prescription glasses from Ray-Ban as they scratch extremely easily! Even with the extra layer protection that you pay extra for it’s really poor! I am really careful with the lenses during wearing and cleaning but it’s just a £1 quality not £360!!!

Polarized glasses peeled quickly. I have $10 glasses that are better quality. Not worth the price.

Great glasses and help with glare. I wish they weren’t so expensive though.

Awful buying experience, Ray-Ban sells some nice frames, but stay away from the prescription lenses, 2 pairs 2x reworked and still wrong prescription, customer care hang up mid call.

It took them 2 months to process a warranty claim on my AI glasses after submitting all the information needed and even shipping out the faulty pair of glasses.

Absolutely garbage quality control. I ordered my first pair of sunglasses from this company, and they arrived covered in dust and with a giant hunk of plastic attached to one of the lenses. This company seems to think they make up for wasting my time returning this with vouchers to buy more products. You think I'm going to buy anything more from this company when the first product I received was garbage? Unless you enjoy having your time wasted, STAY FAR AWAY!!

100% love my Wayfair glasses have worn them for 40 years but I do feel like the lenses are cheaper built than they used to be. They scratch very easily and I’m very rough on glasses, but I’m still a loyal customer.

I really like their designs, however I think that for the price they should be more durable. I've had 3 different pair of aviator rayban glasses, and all of em have lost their color within 2 years. Unacceptable, won't be buying more.
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses online and part of the purchase was paid with a gift card. Upon receiving the glasses, the prescription was incorrect and I had to return them which has become a chore. It's ridiculous that there is no way to reach anyone in customer service (if that exists) via phone. It's all automated and you can't email them either. That needs to be fixed. How are consumers to resolve issues with the system you have in place of they can't call/email to address them? Some of the return has been refunded but how will the $500 from my gift card be credited? All of these inquiries could be resolved with a simple phone call.

Ray ban meta gen 1 were great at first. 3 warranty replacements later and I’m disappointed with the quality of the replacements.

Product is great. But Ray Ban needs to employ more support team to handle issues. By the time they respond, the warranty period expires.

I’ve owned the Meta glasses for about three months and generally enjoyed the features. Unfortunately, I was hit in the face with a ball, and the right temple snapped. Despite being a long time, loyal Ray-Ban customer, I found that the warranty does not cover accidental damage. I reached out to Ray-Ban hoping for a loyalty discount on a replacement, but they were unable to offer any assistance.
Because the replacement cost is so high, I decided to try a $50 "knock-off" alternative. Surprisingly, they have been great. They include a camera, AI features, and strong language translation capabilities. If you want the Meta experience without the high price tag and risk of unrepairable damage, I recommend looking into the more affordable alternatives.
Update response to Rayban’s reply

I already contacted Luxottica, they just seemed annoyed and weren’t helpful . Rayban customer service has been disappointing since luxottica joined.

I am disappointed with this Wings III purchase from Rayban.com Canada. I own more than 10 pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses, and all of them are made in Italy. The quality difference with this pair is immediately noticeable.
This Wings III is made in China, and the finishing does not feel consistent with genuine RayBan standards. The Wing logo on the lens is not sharp and appears cracked, the “Made in China” text on the temple is crooked (not in a straight line), and the overall build looks poorly finished. Compared to my other RayBan sunglasses, this pair honestly looks inauthentic.
It also makes me wonder if many discounted RayBan models are now produced in China, which could explain why the quality feels lower.
