This kompany seling stones resins to and they give me a lot problems as mixing color doesn't com with 4 difriend backs to mixing it was incomplete. All job was delayed for week and no people there to understand what they sell.
They seing replacement delivery its on the way but where delivery delayed it was comming out there was no delivery at all in progress and they starting arguing about 4 difriend colors should be mix .Problem is there was never 4 colours and the was wery difficult to understand.
In the end no more time to explain anymore
Maybe they good to sell paint but resins a lot problems and lack of understanding what they seling.

Great product, expensive but you get what you pay for !!
Spent a lot of time researching products and settled on thermoguard. After placing the order which was really easy I received a phone call to advise on the delivery. At that point I took the opportunity to make sure I’d selected the correct paint.
Delivery was fast and the items arrived in damaged as promised. The colour we chose was bang on the RAL colour match, delighted with the finished result as we specified 6sqm coverage you get a 5ltr white that goes on like porridge !! Definitely need to apply with a fine / medium roller. We only just had enough so make sure you check your measurements when ordering.
The top coat was a lot easier to apply and coverage is excellent. The paint fumes do linger for a long time afterwards, two weeks on we can still smell the paint. It is really faint though now. Ensure you paint in well ventilated area the top coat was strong ! I would definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely poor service from this…
Absolutely poor service from this company I ordered a resin bound kit item came in separate delivery’s 4 in total , one item was damaged 3 weeks later damaged item arrived , unfortunately this was not enough for my project so regrettedly had to purchase another kit from same company no surprise this delivery came in one shipment but with a bag missing now it looks to be a long wait to have this rectified stay clear of this company if you are expecting things to go smoothly

Overall the staff were very helpful and well informed, However, be aware that even though the product says it is in stock on the website and available for next day delivery, It might not be. Two weeks lead time on a product that I paid for a pre ten next day, is not quite the same.
