Spent a couple of grand over the past 12 months cash sales wasn’t offered an account then told once the price increase would you like to set up an account and save 5% . Paid the extra £85 next day delivery only to receive it 4 days later completely buggered my job , then refused to send the £85 back.

Purchase of Sovreign Gold paint was a smooth transaction and delivery was fine. My only concern when I opened the package was that some of the tins had turned upside down but still had lids on. It might have been better to tape the lids and / or package more tightly so they didn't move about. All good otherwise. Thank you.

Not very pleased. Having followed the instructions to the letter, I found this paints ability to adhere to existing floor paints isn't good. OK on bare concrete but very poor elsewhere. At £100 a tin I thought I was getting the Rolls Royce of floor paint but I got the Renault. Time has proved that this floor paint isn't value for money.

Excellent product, quick drying and easy to apply a second coat the same day.

Most Helpful when I had a problem ordering.
Paint arrived very quickly, and is of excellent quality. Easy to apply and finish is excellent.

When I initially rang up the lady I spoke to was lovely & helpful, found the paint I needed, I sent order in & received Proforma Invoice which we paid immediately, 4 weeks later we had not received our paint & had to chase them up, even though I did get an apology there system had not worked hence the average rating. Cannot comment on paint or delivery yet as it is supposed to arrive sometime today
