Sorry to hear that are upset. Your order is on it's way and is stuck in transit a factor which we cannot control. But the goods news is it should arrive soon. Checking your tracking on the DHL website that the shipment is in Sydney and should arrive no later than the 5th of August.
Please note: You ordered a custom size gi. As indicated on our website, custom sizing (tall or short) are not keep in stock and need to be made. Prior to commencing we first confirm that the size is correct which was confirmed on the 20th of July. From there the order is prepared according to the your requirements. All things considered this is a relatively quick process (usually less than a week). In this instance it was ready on the 25th but being a Saturday couldn't move until Monday the 27th of July. Shipping normally takes three to five days. Due to the ongoing pandemic transit times are really slow; again we absolutely cannot control this aspect.
We would kindly ask that you reconsider your review and base it more on the product/service rather than shipping times as with the current pandemic transit issues are common place and out of everyone's control. As always if you have any problems with your order please contact us at your earliest convienance and one of our staff will be in touch within 24 hours.

I ordered the extra large, but it’s not quite right
I ordered the extra large, and it hardly covers my wrists. It fits like a baseball tee shirt. Not sure what the deal is, but that’s not what I paid for.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t a positive one and we would love to help improve that.
First thing’s first; if you’re over 6’3” or you have particularly long limbs you may find that the XL is a tad too short for your build. Based on the information provided I would imagine you’re on the taller side. In which case a 2XL is likely going to be a better option. If however you are of a slim build then a 2XL could be too loose and you may need a custom size. The good news is that we offer this service and can have a custom XL made up with sleeves as long as you require them.
If you still have the rashguard and it remains unused we can easily exchange it and provide a modified XL in its place. All we need is some information about your height and the overall fit of the rashguard so we can provide a suitable solution. Once you’ve found the ideal bespoke size we can have them made up on request. The best part is this isn’t a lengthy process.

The rashguard took 5 days longer to arrive even though I get an email and a text saying that it will arrive 16th July. It eventually arrived on 21st July. My tracker kept saying it will arrive 16th July even though it's 5 days later.

Please note; your order was shipped soon after it was ordered. The delay in the shipping and the fact it was frozen is a result of the pandemic and is something completely out of our control. As indicated on the FedEx website there are delays as a result of Covid-19 which has caused distruptions across the globe. We try to get orders shipped out as soon as possible but have no control over how it is handled by the courier. Delivery is meant to take place within 3 to 5 days of the goods being shipped.

The company is great! Have everything what I need for my training from them. Rashguards are super strong, leggings holds nicely and not slipping down, shorts are comfortable for every move from squats to kicking. I also have pair of personalised shorts and the quality is insane! All seriously, I tried many companies in my nine years fighting carrier and still think that Raven Fightwear is one of the best all time.
