I bought a rattan cube set online. The website was easy to use, very intuitive, and they seem to offer a good deal. Communication was good with emails arriving confirming order and expected delivery date.
When the cube arrived it was delivered into my back garden, no problem.
I'm really happy with the cube. It's amazing quality and we use it all the time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.

I placed a £1000 order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I was then rung to tell me that delivery would take place on 1st May. I confirmed this over email and they said that delivery would take place on 1st May.

Yesterday (1st May) - nothing. I emailed them - no response. I rang them - no response.

This morning (2nd May) - no answer, no response.

The only way I have seen them contacting anyone is in response to bad reviews on this site.

Placed order on 8th April. Had one email from [name] at the time saying to expect delivery last week and nothing since. Spent £700 and the lack of customer service is shocking, the least a company can do when they have taken your money is keep you in the loop and not ignore customers. We expected to wait for what we had ordered but nobody bothers replying to emails nobody answers the phone when we call.

Placed order on the 18th April , one email from [name] saying the delivery will be with us in May
Chased today with 3 phone calls but no one answers the phone

Professional and courteous company, delivered at the expected time and were reliable throughout the process. What more could you ask for… very happy customer!

Having read through some of the reviews I see that this is a small company but I have sent numerous emails and not received a reply and I have tried to call the 08435 number but it either rings out or is then engaged.
I placed an order on the 24th April but one week on no communications, to say I'm unhappy is an understatement because the small print stated that contact would be made in no more than 5 days which it hasn't.

Any comms or reply to emails or this review would be greatly appreciated.

Me too! Order placed & £749.00 taken on 19th April - no reply to emails! On reading the reviews before ordering, I was impressed that many reviews read that delivery was next day! I understand that it's a busy time for garden furniture, but they should at least have the courtesy to update customers - especially with them having taken the money! Very disappointed :(

I placed order paid for order got no confirmation .have sent 6 e mails and numerous calls but with no avail .can somebody tell me if they have ceased trading ??????? when we finally got in contact the service was very good and quickly sorted .Just looking forward to deliver

We were really pleased with our rattan furniture, the style and quality is much better than other compny which is why we went with Zebrano. The chairs are really comfortable, unlike a lot of other garden furniture, and the cushions make it a lot more luxurious, they are ok to leave out in showers too. We got a free luxury cover which will be fantastic in the winter months. The delivery was excellent, it was delivered right on time without the all day time scales, the driver called me 20 mins from delivery to ensure we were in and they delivered it directly onto my decking area, communication throughout was perfect. Overall a very stylish high quality garden furniture with an extremely professional and friendly company, would definitely recommend and use again!

I had been looking for some sun loungers for a while and not found what I was after, so I popped into the showroom on the off-chance. It was my lucky day, the ones I had in mind were there and had been reduced and so I bought them straight away. The lady who took payment, said that they would be delivered free of charge and that I would hear soon. They were delivered the next day and are perfect. Thank you!

After visiting the showroom we were given excellent service by Mrs Nelson who advised us of which set would be best suited for us. We were very impressed that it also came with free umbrella, stand and covers. We were also asked when delivery would be convenient for us for the following week.
Upon delivery the set was complete and within the time given. We are extremely happy with our purchase and friends and neighbours are very envious too. Needless to say we have recommended Zebrano Rattan to everyone we know.

Searched for rattan garden furniture at several garden centres, but could not find the style or quality we required although the prices were rather expensive. We found Zebrano on line and were amazed at the style and price. On receiving our goods we overwhelmed by the quality of the product. Highly recommended.

We searched for weeks trying various rattan furniture but nothing was quite right. We then found this company and tried the corner sofa which was comfy, well made and stylish with good colour cream cushions. Better still is that the sofa can be made into a bed. Also got the oval dining table to match. Few items missing but all dealt with quickly. Only downside was one delivery driver for heavy boxes. Using it everyday and lots of great comments from friends too!

finally ordered amazing rattan comfy classy sunloungers - wowee - spent two days lazing around and they are even comfier than my bed!

Furniture looks fantastic in our garden, really enhances it. Great service & great price, thank you.

I went for the big one with 8 seats and foot stalls umbrella and covers and I am not dissapointed!! I know I did not need a cover for it but thought that with the amount spent a cover would if anything just cut down on the cleaning as it is normally used at weekends. The design is so clever, neat, tidy and space saving whilst not in use to give ample space around it, I just love it. If you are wondering if it is the right one then go and take a look and just see the quality and how comfortable it actually is, it is amazing that we now feel like we have an extra room outside rather than just a table and chairs outside on the patio, all our friends and family love it too so I have put a new padlock on the gate to keep them out!!

After looking online at various sellers we found Zebrano.

Very helpful when visiting, good product knowledge, and easy to order from. Then more importantly earlier with the delivery than expected/ promised...

Lovely garden furniture and a very good service from the courier company used by zebrano. Unfortunately had no fixings for the lazy Susan so rang zebrano and I was told one would be here in a week this was three weeks ago.

From ordering to delivery the whole smooth experience is to be applauded, well done and I have already recommended your company to others

We just love our garden furniture, like the stone coloured cushions and they even give you 4 free scatter cushions and cover to keep it dry! I wasn't sure whether a stand came with the free cantilever umbrella or not, so I 'phoned the company and a very nice man came back to me the next day, said "no" but gave me different options what we could do to counter balance the stand. It is very comfortable and even makes drinking champagne more enjoyable!

The rattan base and fabric of cushions is superb quality.

I wish I could order lots of sunshine from them to be able to spend even more time sitting on it!
