Jorge was extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with, although at this stage I have not purchased, I probably will, I was looking for a particular puzzle as the one I am doing appears to have 3 pieces missing and I want to mount it, I purchased it prob 10 years ago in Australia packed it away 4 times as it is extremely hard, Jorge said no pieces are officially missing till you have completed the puzzle, so I have my fingers crossed. Still working on it. Thanks so much for all your help Jorge will send you a photo when completed as you requested

Found a puzzle I had been seeking for a long time. Reasonably priced, with extremely good communication from Jorge.

After a long Google search for a specific, hard to find puzzle (gift to a good friend) I came across Rare Puzzles - and reluctantly placed an order (delivery to Greece), not really knowing what to expect.

Now that it has completed, I have to say this experience was spotless: Smooth ordering flow (though tiered) with safe transaction process. Timely delivery (UPS) and robust, splash proof packaging, with a personal touch (won’t reveal).
And to top it all, the most enjoyable continuous updates, caring tips, and real communication with (super) Jorge.

One of the most pleasant transactions I have ever had. Jorge was the one I came into contact with. He was very attentive to every concern and wonderful to speak to. The puzzle was packaged well in a way that made the experience of opening it up feel special, exceeding all my expectations. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased one puzzle and was contacted by the seller (Jorge, the admin of the website) to arrange the delivery. He kindly answered every single one of my questions, and in the end I added one more puzzle to the purchase, to get the most value out of the delivery. The seller also mentioned that it was possible to do combined delivery with some other sellers that use the website, so if you want more than one puzzle you should ask him. Jorge was always quick to answer, extremely friend and patient. He even included a nice thank you message in a postcard inside the package. Great experience!!!
