Advertised postage £3.50 until I entered my UK MAINLAND postcode KW10 whereupon it soared to over a tenner. More than the poxy order is worth. Entered an Edinburgh postcode....lo and behold, £3.50.
DISCRIMINATION plain and simple.

Ordered a fan which website said they had 25 of in stock. 3 days later they cancelled the order as product was 'discontinued'. Title of email had the wrong product in. Totally incompetent!

Great experience with this company. Very easy to find what I wanted on their website. The items were in stock and it said they would be dispatched next day. They were, and they were delivered by DHL the day after. The items were all in perfect condition and really well packaged and the package was obviously treated with care by DHL as it was completely unmarked. Overall it couldn't have been better and this will be my go to company going forward.

I ordered a Batavia Maxx Brush on the 28 April 2026 through Rapid Electronics and by the 30 June 2026, I am still waiting for delivery. A delay can sometimes be unavoidable, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication. I only found out what was happening by repeatedly contacting the company I placed the order through.

To their credit, the retailer always responded quickly when I chased them for an update, but I should not have had to do that. Waiting over two months for a delivery with no proactive communication about the repeated delays is simply not acceptable. The product may well be worth the wait, but the customer service and communication throughout the process have been extremely poor.

The service is fantastic, The delivery is fast, often next day if your items are in stock, they are easy to contact, via phone or email, if you have a problem, and their prices and value for money are excellent. We (Halesowen College) have been using them for many, many years, and will continue to do so.

Ordered an item which states clearly on their website 'in stock, 19 available' and 'despatched within 4 working days'. 9 working days later and my order status is still 'not despatched'.

The payment has cleared my account. I have contacted their customer service who blamed this on their EU Warehouse. If that is the case and they cannot guarantee despatch then why promise it on the product page.

Apparently my complaint has to go to another team to investigate. In the meanwhile they are unable to provide a delivery date for this 'in stock' item.

I will give it 2 more days, if there is no movement I will be asking for my money back (which I hope won't take as long as it takes them to post something that is in stock).

An absolutely shocking company. I ordered an item to be dispatched within 2 working days. After 3 days and not hearing anything, I called to see what had happened to my order. Initially they told me that they had an email from our company cancelling the order but when I double checked that wasn't true, they then changed their story to say that it was out of stock and I would be receiving a refund. The refund still hasn't been processed. I should have read the google reviews before placing an order.

Found the parts I needed easily and the cost was reasonable. Quick delivery time.

Ordered an item which said in stock, but I went on support to see when it will be sent as took a few days. They told me it was out of stock, they didn’t even let me know straight away.

I tried to cancel they ended the chat, 4 times I sent emails and finally got to them.

Wouldn’t recommend, update the stock list.

Great company. Ive bought from them a few times and the service is always excellent. Will continue to buy from them.

easy to use website, good stock holding and availability, good pricing and fast delivery

Great range of products and very fast delivery.
BUT, their classification of so many products
as ‘Hazardous 18+ only’ means that it doesn’t
matter how old you are, I last saw 18 in the 1970’s,
or how long you’ve been a customer, 12 years,
you can’t buy any of those unless you are a
Business account holder.
That seems to be a very poor way to treat smaller
customers, so I guess they don’t care about us any more.
If they’ll sell you what you want then great, otherwise
shop elsewhere. Shame.

I live not far from Rapid Electronics in Colchester and I'm annoyed that I have to pay delivery charges instead of popping in to collect. However this time my purchases allowed me free delivery and my items speedily arrived the next day.
