Not at all happy with my introductory meeting with Kabir. I couldn't understand him through his accent and he started by evaluating my website starting with my phone number, telling me there was a spelling error when there was not. He didn't try to understand why, he just said he didn't think because of his accent he wanted to continue the call. What a waste of time.
My experience with the company was mixed. One thing I learned is not to rely only on verbal discussions. Most important conversations about salary and targets happened over phone calls, which were later denied or differed from what was actually discussed. I’d recommend getting everything related to salary, targets, and policy changes confirmed in writing.
I have worked with Kabir for over 2 months and no doubt he has given me higher rankings even I see the difference by myself in customer interactions
Everything was detailed reports, communication every time I called he answered plus he did extra work too made visiting card that I can give to my customers so that they can leave a review + contact me

Not a great experience. The service was provided, but there was no good follow up or explanation of what was being done. The project manager assigned was not much communicative. Never saw her face on online meetings. Very mechanical bare minimal service.
