Never recieved order
I ordered suncream for allergy sufferers. I have to have this cream for holidays. Ordered and said it would be delivered withing 2 days. Over a week passed and I asked for an update as I was travelling in a few days. Checked the status of the order and it said 'order yet to be fulfilled'!
So sent another email asking for a refund! They did instantly fair play however I recieved an email to say they had sent it days before and must have got lost! (Not what the order status said!)
So mainly for that I give the low score and the failure in not communicating with me about the delay! Ordered off amazon and got next day!

I live in the US and order from Range Plus because I can't get the products I need in the states. This company is brilliant! They can fill my order and ship it across the pond faster than the US Post! You have a customer for life!

Not good company
Not good company, 5 days after order rang they said will check and call back.. no call. Left it for couple of days / no email about dispatch / rang again and told again they will check and call back with update. Needless to say no call again. 3 days later someone cancelled the order without explaining as to why they have done so and kept stringing us along for 2wks.
