This company is a rip-off. They misrepresent merchandise than play a word game with you pass their refund period. Avoid them at all cost. They don't even say who they are in their adds or on their shipping label!

This company are pure rip off artists. I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds but they only sent one. The offer clearly shows two (L and R) but they insist there is only one. Their customer support telephone number doesn't work and email is the only way they will communicate with you.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company. It's not worth the hassle.

Garbage company selling imported Chinese goods.
Ordered wireless earbuds. Advertisement shows them in pairs (as normal headsets ship). This is for one Ear Bud, which is totally useless.

I must say I am pleased to see some people got product shipped I have ordered the travel adaptor which the advertising said overstocked, ship 1-2 days.
Got an email saying out of stock 4 weeks, so requested a refund got a reply your product is being shipped refuse delivery and when it is returned to us we will credit.
So I asked for tracking number and got the product is currently out of stock.
So Back again either refund or give me a tracking number.
The product is out of stock.

I ordered something, and returned it unopened. I have had it returned to me twice, and now still no answer from the Co to let me know where my money is. I have tried to open the review posts to review them from the emails they send me. and it won't open. SICK & TIRED!!! of trying to get money back. No way to get this solved apparently. Please if anyone else has gone through this and can help, I would appreciate your help!!

Absolutely rip off, scammers. lying mob. I ordered an item in Jan, its now late august, and im still waiting. No accountability hiding behind an email address. DO NOT BUY< BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 4 Travel Adapters over 5 weeks before I needed them. After a couple of weeks they let me know that the product would be delayed, and wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. At that time I asked for a cancellation of my order, and was told that it was "in process", so I needed to wait until delivery to be able to return. They arrived when I was gone on the vacation, and as soon as I returned I contacted them (email) and asked for help in returning, since the product came without any paperwork whatsoever. It has been a total nightmare. Multiple emails from multiple people just giving me the runaround, and not paying any attention to anything I've said. When you call the number, you only get a recording, and cannot leave a message, either. At this point I guess I'm going to be forced into eating the $86.93, but I need to try and prevent this from happening to anyone else. Never in my life have I worked with such a horrible "company", and I use the term extremely loosely.

Shocking company.....appalling customer service. Wouldn't cancel an order when I tried within 12hrs of placing it. So far I have had 35 communications with 10 people...and its only been 3 weeks. Wish I had done my homework.

Thieves. Scam artists. They should be working in the White House, not selling shoes. Ordered shoes on July 9. Order confirmed, money taken from Pay Pal and then...nothing. Every email I send them is answered by a different person, who offers a different flowery message about how much they value my business, my order is on its way, etc. Five days ago, they even sent me a FedEx tracking label and number and said the item is on its way. Using the FedEx website, FedEx says it hasn't received the package to be shipped.

Failed to pay for return shipping when I was sent the incorrect product, which was falsely advertised. Failed to address the issue of deceptive online advertising.

Product shipped in a timely manner. If it's in stock. Item arrived within two weeks. Out of stock 6-8 weeks. I ordered same product at different times. And that was the results. Would order again

Horrible company. They told me no returns after 30 days. I sent them a copy of their email dated less than 3 weeks ago. I should have checked them out.

Worst company ever. Sent defective product. Wouldn't refund. Promised a replacement. Replacement never came. I e-mailed about it five, six, seven times. Been given me the runaround for 3 months now. I'm never getting that replacement.

this company is the absolute WORST! I have been waiting for international adapters that I ordered since May....still have not received them. they keep stringing me along and will not refund my money. they keep saying "as soon as we receive our shipment we will send them out". then they send a bogus DHL tracking number saying it shipped -- and it never shows up. this has happened twice. SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!

Scam company!!! Bad service, bad product and will say and do anything to cover-up their bad reputation.

The absolute worst company. Total Scammers. Stay away. They are dreadful. Take your money and no recourse. STAY AWAY!!! I wish I had.

False advertising, there have a telescope on there website with the photos and it says it's a 3.5 inch refractor, the one one iv'e received is nothing like the one in the photo, the one one iv'e received is a kids telescope of about an inch, i have complained to them however after firstly saying sorry they have now said the right telescope has been sent to me.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Ordered one of those solar fountains. Took weeks to arrive, after charging the thing spurted water for a few days in bright sunshine and within 1 week died altogether. Customer service is no help, adheres to strict 30 day return policy, and if you get a chance to return you pay both ways to return and for the replacement. And the products are pure crap.

Horrible service. It takes almost a month to ship (21-28 days shipping), I never received my package, I emailed them about the issue and they didn’t help at all. Based on all of these reviews and all of the service they fail to provide, I wouldn’t be surprised if they got reported to the BBB.

I ordered those torches that they keep advertising. They said 1-3 weeks. It has been over 4 and they keep telling me they can’t cancel the order because it is processing.!made mistake using pay pal. Should have used credit card. Do not buy anything from them!!!
