Would like to start off by expressing deep gratitude at having received another opportunity to attend the PACE program , more so since i missed the previous one due to ill health.

Lots of takeaways from the PACE program… from the generosity of the team (a mindset that each of us needs to adopt in every area of our life) in handing over freebies to the unending flow of very relevant business knowledge shared. I am super excited to implement from the knowledge received over the past three days one step at a time.

Will very very very strongly recommend every business owner to attend the PACE program to get a reality check on your business irrespective of the stage at which you are operating in and also to follow up with their MBA program.

With the kind of effort Rajiv puts into the training i am somehow also feeling a responsibility towards him to make changes in the way i have been conducting my business and will surely come back with a before and after version of my business in the near future.

I have attended P.A.C.E. program by Rajiv Talreja .Its an amazing experiential experence during last 3 days .Performance Acceleration in any business ia a result of Clarity, Capability and Courage.Also learned about Holistic Business Goals, Capability of Strategy Management, People Management,Functional Management,9 Steps Management System and Stages of Building a Business . I would recommend every Entrepreneur to attend P.A.C.E. to get clarity in your business.

Great 3 days of life to get know how a business should be managed. Anyone who wants to do any business I would recommend to join the PACE program.

First Lots of Gratitude to Rajiv and Complete QL team for allowing me to reattend the program. I have attended it in Jan 2022 and now again in May 2026. A better version of me as business owner is attending now after 4 years. Sometimes while we busy with business activity and the business environment take charge of us and we miss to pause ...we also miss putting regular efforts on learning and fixing what exactly need to be focus and ...rethink about our status ...where we exactly stand and how to fix the gaps .... . Many Valuable learning has been added to this version of PACE which i done from last 3 days in May 2026..... Really feel empowered and clear. the PACE program was a real eye opener for me and the most helpful take home message was role deligations & sytems implimentaions at my instituition
as a next step i need to focus on building my team from semi scratch position and continously improve.
it is a golden chance for me to get out from the trap of self employment if i properly impliment PACE programe.

The workshop was excellent. Though i have registered a long back a year ago, couldn't make time to attend. want to attend physically but finally made it online. we gained a lot of knowledge which we have to apply to improve our business by incorporating systems and review meeting through proper role clarity to our team members and delegation of duties and to make a company can run in my absence also. Which the one am facing the greatest trouble as Rajiv said. I myself also improve some skill and have the courage to implement systems, though I have known some of them earlier also, but lazy / non-courageous to implement the same. Thanks to the PACE program and the designers of the program Mr. Rajiv & his team for a such a wonderful program for MSME's particularly that which was run by an no MBA graduate or a college dropout this program teaches how a company should by system eccentric not by owner eccentric.

IT WAS SUPERB NEVER IN MY CAREAR ATTENDED SO USEFUL DATA AND KNOWLEGDE WHICH I CANT SAY IN WORDS MOREOVER I WAS LOST IN THE COURSE WHAT I AM DOING IN MY LIFE SINCE 30 YEARS I THANK FOR THE SAME.I LOVE TO BE PART IN THE MBA PROGRAMME.

I have done this PACE program from 30th April to 2nd May 2026. I think this is one of the best program I did in my career. I have more than 30 years of corporate experience where I did quite a few corporate training. But as an entrepreneur this kind of training is way ahead of any such program. I tried several businesses I failed several times. I got cheated but again got up and given another try.
I have applied the PACE program thru a webinar on 2024 Dec but unfortunately I had several personal challenges and lost my father in last July hence I couldn't attend earlier. But this time I wanted by hook or crook. Even though I am completely bed ridden due to my health challenges but Rajiv's PACE program is just a booster for me to get up and start again. I am falling sort of words. I wish I could have joined earlier and implemented so that my father could see my success.
Anyways better late than never. So starting my journey once again with full enthusiasm and this time I am sure I will be able to share a great success story with all.

The experience was good but one suggestion will be there that male coaches have more patience then the female coaches and also if the people have hunger to go from 50 lakhs turnover to 500 Cr and even more than how to achieve that
those things can also be taught about as well
and systems how effective they are will be seen
but one more thing is there that even if the people have not taken up the MBA or impact courses try to keep in touch that how they are doing after 2 or 3 years and what impact they had after the PACE programme as well it will help you create understanding that whether PACE programme is effective or not to turn the business in money making machine and also providing good life to people as well

I have been stuck at stage 3 for a long time now. This 3 day exposure to P.A.C.E. indicated a direction forward courageously.

My first step would be to focus of marketing strategies predominantly. I am yet to start my own business in a couple of months. This program has given lots of information, now it’s my duty to slowly digest the information from the guide I wrote down to implement everything as it is from the day one I start. I am an Architect and Interior Designer, with a lot of achievements in terms of design awards and happy clients with my super dedicated technically sound team. etc, but when it came to business, it was good, stable but not where I would be satisfied seeing the firm beyond the market perception.
on the programme ---
This was as if Rajiv had a spy-cam on my office to know everything we have been going through. The insights was to the point, perfect identification of the pain points and an amazing strategy to overcome most of them. It has much much more value than what it cost. The man walked the path and the insights are superhelpful.

I attended the PACE Program as trial. I have been following Rajive since a year or so on social media platforms like YouTube.

The biggest Key Take Away for me was I got a hell lot of clarity & direction about how to go ahead with my business in these competitive times. I always wanted to build systems but couldn't figure out how and where to start.

Today, towards the completion of PACE Program, I realized that I need to focus on Marketing & Sales Build Teams and Enrich them - Thats where I should start from.

Believe me I had the best experience of my lifetime about having a very clear picture of where I stand in my life as well as in business. This helps me pave the path for my business and through business my LIFE.

The 3-day online (live) Business PACE program is indeed a good refresher for me. I took my 1st PACE last May 2025 in Manila. This year's PACE is more comprehensive. My key takeaway is the Systems in Achieving Goals which include the STOP meetings. It might be overwhelming at first, but very systematic and structured. I need to focus and follow this including the week 1 to week 6 activities. These are really game changers in my life as business owner.
