Prompt delivery and very happy with the packs. Although product assembly is not particularly difficult, some instructions in the package would have saved me some head-scratching!

Beckie knows how to go above and beyond
We've been using Raja for years, and it finally happened. We had a slight miscommunication regarding our order renewal, and it wasn't processed the next day. After giving Raja a call, Beckie, somehow, organised a delivery for the same day. Although it arrived a couple of hours later than planned, it was still on the same day.
Rockstars!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments regarding your recent order.
I have shared it with our Marketing team as the Shipping method confirmation at the checkout does not update depending on the product purchased. I have forwarded a suggestion to minimise the possibility of confusion and currently await the answer.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Important information like this helps us to continually improve the services we provide and our customers' experiences.
Kind regards,

5* Service from James Marriot
5* - Placed an order for a product, which is great, however the customer service from Craig Marriot was exceptional. A genuine Customer Service Legend who does as he says, when he says. Will use the company whenever we can because of him.

Thank you Suki!
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially from Suki Sangha. I called to ask for a proof of delivery. Suki was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and was so polite on the phone. I got the information I needed very quickly. Thank you!
