They have a ton of specific rules made for customers to lose their money. For exemple specific schedules (non official ones) for open/close markets. So you can have your position trapped in a suddent market close and when they decide to open the market : your money is gone. They are the only broker on this planet doing that and that's why they are in South Africa and non EU/US compliant. Now you can also read the true comments about RaiseFX scammers : you can't take back your money, so don't give them first.

8-Day Withdrawal Delay - Misleading Status.
Body: Withdrawal approved 8 days ago (WD-SVRFN3-ZA). Portal says "Completed," but support admitted today they haven't actually sent the funds because of "internal delays". Citing FSCA license 50506. Avoid this broker if you want your capital back on time.

I wish I came here first before depositing money on to this broker, I found this broker with a trader on tiktok, I have been following him for more than a month and I decided to join his copy trading private group on telegram, and to gain access to the group all I had to do is to deposit a minimum of 300€ to RaiseFX broker so I did, so far so good until I decided to withdraw my funds, I made a request on Friday the 17th April and my request still hasn’t been processed the next Monday, I emailed them to support but no reply also!

An update, my request has been processed and I will receive my funds within 1 to 5 business days, I will post an update if I will receive my money back!

Another update about my funds transfer, I have received my funds after I published this review, in my opinion the traders who have contracts with this type of brokers should be more transparent on how things work and why the withdrawal process is that complicated!
Anyway I have received my funds but I still find this broker untrustworthy and I don’t recommend using it!

I just registered and kind of confused, after reach out to the support live chat twice to resolve issues, I am fully set up in a short time. Support staff is precise, helpful and friendly.

I am sharing my experience with RaiseFX to warn other traders.

An amount of 479 USD was withdrawn from my trading account without my authorization or request. The funds were sent via cryptocurrency to an unknown wallet address that does not belong to me.

I immediately contacted the broker’s support team and reported that the withdrawal was unauthorized. Despite multiple emails and a formal complaint, the company refused to return the funds and closed my case without providing technical evidence, audit logs, or proof that the withdrawal was properly authorized.

I have now reported this incident to financial authorities and fraud reporting agencies.

I strongly advise traders to be cautious and carefully consider the risks before depositing funds with this broker.

I am still open to resolving this matter professionally if RaiseFX decides to review the case properly.

UPDATE:

After my initial review, RaiseFX responded publicly but has completely ignored my direct emails.

I sent a formal request asking for technical proof of the withdrawal (IP logs, device data, authorization records), but after more than 9 days, I have received no response.

Additionally, my payment provider has confirmed that this case is linked to a verified scam.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and the legitimacy of this platform.

I strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with this broker.
SECOND UPDATE:

The company responded publicly but does not allow direct reply here and continues to ignore all my emails.

Despite multiple formal requests, they have failed to provide any technical proof of the withdrawal (IP logs, device data, or authorization records).

This lack of transparency and refusal to communicate directly further confirms my concerns about this platform.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

I have applied for my first withdrawal since 25.02.2026 and i have received any withdrawal i have made several emails don’t know if they really take this seriously.
