Place a couple of orders with Raijin sports over the last 3 weeks. The items were delivered on time at my door step. Misa knocked down the price a little as I paid via a bank transfer. Everything work really well and the experience was very smooth. I will buy again from them in the future if need be.

I placed an order with Raijin.com for a Patagonia black hole bag which I could not find online at some of the more well known online outlets. I was unfamiliar with this company so a little reticent. I decided to make the purchase even though I had to make a direct payment offline into a bank account....unusual in my
experience. Sent a polite email to voice my unease and ask if they could certify payment receipt and when goods would despatch. They replied by refusing to sell me the goods and insisting on refunding my money. The whole episode was abit stressful. Very self indulgent small business owner with sensitive skin. Buyer beware!

This is a fantastic company. My online order was placed late on Saturday night and was delivered on Tuesday morning. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery at all times. Not only does this company do what they say that they’re going to do, but they offer competitive prices for their goods I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future. This company is brilliant! I ordered and paid for a pair of expensive ski mitts which arrived very quickly. They were to be a gift for my daughter in law. Unfortunately she found them slightly too small. I contacted Raijin to ask if they could send me the next size up. They said yes and it arrived a couple of days later. What made the service exceptional was that they did not charge for the second pair before dispatch.. Just asked me to return the first pair on reeipt of the second. Which I did. In this day and age it's rare in the extreme for a seller to send out goods without first receiving payment. Communication throughout was excellent. I would certainly order from this copany again. Excellent online buying experience from Raijin Sports. Very nice jacket at a good price with free next day delivery. Had a nice personal email thanking me for my purchase, kept me informed about the delivery including the tracking number and item arrived by 10.20am the next day.
