Stay away from this casino it is a scam! I have trying to get my withdrawal for over 2 months and I keep getting the same excuse that my bank statements need to be the original ones. They were literally sent to me from my bank through the mail how more original can you get! Just a fair warning do not waste your money here.

Terrible horrible rules and no clear descriptions

I'm starting here and then I am contacting their licensing authority. While yes they are off shore, they are not untouchable.
I won and requested to withdraw 250. Just as most everyone else that has given a review, my withdrawal request was denied stating I did not submit my documentation. However, I had. When I contacted the casino, they told me the edges weren't visible which is a lie. I see that every single person that has tried to withdraw has experienced the same excuse.
Then once you submit your documents again, the a weird coupon that you don't remember using appears in your transactions. 96 dollars worth. Now you are being told that this amount will be deducted from your winnings and if after the deduction it falls under 100 your winnings will be forfeited. Weird thing is, I have no recall of using this.
As everyone else experienced, I have been told that it will take 7-10 days to approve and then after it's approved, it will take another seven to ten days to pay out.
Don't complain about it because they very obviously attempt to intimidate you and make it clear that if you don't like it, they won't pay you at all. Not kidding.
I deposited in Bitcoin. This shouldn't be happening.
It's very clear that these people don't know how to run a business. If they read this, you have to spend money to make money. Happy customers means more money. Unhappy customers means you spend your time ripping people off because they won't ever come back. It's not a formula for success.

I won $516. They have many excuses. The fact of the matter is do not gamble there! They do not pay the withdrawals. They tell you, they will in a month. If I could give a lower rating I would. This casino has good promotions to draw you in but if you when.. Expects a couple of months to get paid out. I won a month ago and just now got approved for my withdrawal. Now they say it will be another 7-10 days... Oh and depending on your banking institution it could be an unknown a additional amount of time. Crazy thing is I use Coinbase Bitcoin... Super easy super quick. The other casino I frequent paid me in 24 hours.

All bonus are "non-cashable" i.e. play money designed to make you play and lose your money. Once you meet the cash out requirements they subtract the bonus money and leave you with the same money you would have had (or worse a negative balance) had you just played with your cash. Want to try to withdrawal your money, sure you'll get it back in about 1 months time. So say goodbye money if you hand any over to them and if you do don't use their dumb coupons because they are too good to be true.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is a total scam. They have so many loopholes in to not paying you out even with all their advertisements for no rules and tournaments and free spins null and void all your future winnings. This website just voided my $4k payout because I won $3.50 in free spins.

I currently have two Bitcoin withdrawals pending totaling $3,500, and both have been stuck in “requested” status with long approval delays.

Yes, it seemed like a pain in the ass because they did want a lot of paperwork. In the end I couldn't provide everything they wanted and I went off. Especially because everyone said they were a scam and didn't pay. I don't know what happened to everyone I read about, but I just received my first $2,500 payment. They gave me a vip host and he did what he said he would do. I have 7 more withdrawals coming and there are restrictions on how much you can withdraw at one time.

If I hadn't read the reviews online I probably would have been a lot nicer to them. I kinda feel like an ass now but hindsight is 20/20 . I can prove I have started to get my winnings and I can give you the timeline. If people put up poor reviews and end up getting paid out. I would hope that they would update the review. Update: the payouts are very slow but I receive my first $2,460 on march 31st and my second payout for $2,460 on 4/14. I agree this time frame is absolutely crazy especially because I have 6 more payouts. I'm just happy it's not a total scam. Again, I put in $400 and have received a little less than $5,000 at this point.

This site is sketchy at best and with ao many other online casino options, why take a chance on this one that gives unclear payout options, doesn't follow through on payback and has you jumping through hoops without reason. First of all they need to drop the number one casino for withdraw time. I started my withdraw on the 6th but had to provide extra documentation. that bumped it to the 11th and now it's the 25th and was told it was approved today then another 7 to 10 days that will put it into April. Sorry but they can take your money in a instant but take a month to process your winnings.

Then reached out to live chat and the representative lied said that I did not get the money because of some technicality. He lies I have screenshots of every message we have and he LIED! This is a complete scam and lies to you over and over again finding any reason to not pay you out. I have been told 10 different things 10 different people that I’ve been waiting over two months for my $500 cash out. I had one similar experience recently. I had cashed 4 different winnings. And one of my $800 winnings were removed, because it was denied due to some multiple free chips rules that whatever the customer service were saying that didn't make any sense. And I asked since it was denied. Were you guys gonna give that $800 winning to become available for me to play?. She said no it was forfeited because it was denied
So pointed out that if it were against the rule they shouldn't have made it available to be withdraw, and I've made some deposit to win those money how come they were removed and was not return back to me as available SC.
