One of the best customer service’s I have experienced. My first set of coasters and coaster holder came broken. I was in love with the variation on the stone and requested a new one be sent. They immediately sent me another, but the item I received didn’t have any variation of colors. I reached out not thinking I would get another one but worth a shot and they did send me another with more variations at zero cost. 10/10 recommend and the item is beautiful!

Excellent quality product. One of my pieces came slightly chipped due to random shipping issues and the customer service team was very fast to respond and got me a replacement extremely quickly.

Lid came broken on a urn, contacted them and they asked for pictures, I sent pictures and they sent out a new urn that came in perfect condition. Great to deal with. 100% would recommend.

Radicaln did what they said they would do, which was replace a broken piece within 30 days of purchase. They have reasonable requirements, like showing proof of purchase, pictures, etc…, but nothing i couldn’t handle on my phone. I cant express how grateful I am that they kept their promise. I will also add, they package their product crazy well. So there should be no issues. But if something does go amiss, act quickly, because there is a 30 day time limit.

I bought a checkers set and everything came perfectly as expected with the exception of a dented piece which Radicaln were very nice to help me replacing the dented part. I would 100% buy again from them. Their custumer service is fast and reliable.

Love love love my chess marble set. I love the color, I love the size (it’s huge) and it has suck a level of sophistication. I don’t regret my purchase at all. I’ve had it for a an while and and it is still in great condition. But the set. You won’t regret it.

Updated 5/10 (Mother’s Day): I now DO NOT recommend this company because one of our knights broke without even being dropped. When I went to contact this company again, ghosted! I got the generic reply back asking for information o had already provided and then nothing after. I ended up just returning it on Amazon, which means more trucks on the road, more carbon emissions, and wasted items that I now have the hassle of returning for them to likely just go into the trash. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Beautiful chess board and pieces! We loved our new set so much we ordered checkers as well. A few of the pieces had tiny chips from the natural features of the marble, so I contacted them because the little card we received with our items said to do so if there were any issues. They promptly got back to me and provided us with an entire second set of replacement checkers at no cost. Every piece of the new set had no issues whatsoever. Our family is very happy with the service and beautiful craftsmanship of all items ordered.

These are BEAUTIFUL! They are exactly what I was hoping they would be! Although the coasters come very carefully packaged, one of them arrived chipped. I reached out to RadicalN Limited via their contact information inside the packaging. I shared a photo of the chipped coaster and they immediately shipped a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. They contacted me right after delivery to ensure the replacement arrived safely and asked if I had anything else they could help with regarding the order. I am VERY happy with the product AND their wonderful and attentive customer service. I highly recommend!

Awesome Chess board. One of the kings was broken on delivery, but they corrected the problem and sent me one of each king quickly. Will be getting more chess boards from them in the future.

Product quickly shipped and arrived. Everything was packaged so it would not break in shipping. The board and pieces looked terrific and were not damaged during the shipping process. I would recommend this company in the future.

I bought a gorgeous handcrafted chess set from this company over a year ago. The quality of this product is better than you can even imagine. Not only is it something my kids and I play pretty regularly, but it is a permanent part of my decor in my living room. Recently my house cleaner broke several pieces while cleaning and I began looking into replacing the broken pieces. I was very concerned with how successful I would be considering this product is hand crafted. The company has a generous replacement policy but everything is listed for pieces broken early after original purchase. Once I reached out to them my concerns were instantly squashed. They were amazing, they walked me through how to order replacements, I placed the order and had them within a couple weeks. I highly recommend this company’s products, the quality of their work is amazing and their customer service is unmatched.
