Placed our order very late one night so it would arrive 2 days later, which was brilliant for our needs. However the following evening it arrived as the driver happened to be passing our area so popped it in.
Well packaged and delivered by a friendly, helpful driver.

The radiator arrived promptly and looks beautiful. I‘ve knocked a star off because the delivery was dreadful. The radiator was just left it outside on the pavement. I had received no communication apart from knowing it was due that day. Nobody knocked on the door or rang the bell. My neighbour saw them just put it against my property boundary and walk off! I appreciate that Radiator Outlet would have used a delivery company, but they have to take responsibility for their expectations regarding the delivery service.

Pleased with radiators

4 out of 7 radiators arrived damaged. The radiator outlet provided the option to relace them or provide a discount and keep the damaged radiators. I took the discount and kept them as i had already the plumber lined up to install them upon arrival. Had i returned them and waited for the new ones to arrive i would have been significantly delayed with the fitting. It would have been so much better if the radiators ordered had arrived damage free as they should have done. Other than that they look good for the original price paid.

Bought a radiator on Monday 1st, delivery time was given as 1-2 days so was pleased when I got the message saying it would be delivered on the Wednesday. However, Wednesday and Thursday nothing was delivered so contacted them on Friday,and they apologised and said they'd get a new one sent out, with the new delivery date of 10th. Wednesday came around and again, nothing. Contacted them on Thursday, they apologised profusely, saying the delivery driver had sent them pictures of the delivery with their confirmation, which they forwarded to me while we were on the phone. Not only did I not recognise the address the picture was at, the box photographed contained a table not a radiator, so they said clearly something's gone wrong with the delivery and they would get another prepared and sent out straightaway. New delivery date of 17th comes around and third time's the charm, we have successful delivery and the radiator looks good. I've had previous radiators delivered from them and it's mostly been prompt delivery and the radiator quality has always been top notch, so not sure what happened this time. Maybe change your courier Radiator Outlet.

If you buy any radiators from them, make sure it's a few weeks before you actually need them. You'll get the radiator eventually and it'll be good, but it's not necessarily two days delivery. Customer service from them is very good and responsive though so I can't fault that.

Great radiator, very well packaged. I had a phone from them, I was told they could not find the one I ordered. But could have the same in a bigger size at no extra cost. Fantastic service thank you.

We ordered a light grey radiator. Having surveyed the market to work out which shade of grey we wanted, we found that Radiator Outlet's images were very clear, giving confidence that what we were looking at on screen was accurate. That proved to be the case. The radiator was excellent quality and a very reasonable price, delivered as scheduled.

Have ordered from her several times now and always a very swift service. Good quality radiators and efficient delivery. Good after sales customer service on the one occasion I had been sent the wrong product - swiftly rectified at no cost to me. Highly recommend.

Great quality products. Have used several times for designer radiators. But, one small order did not turn up after 2 weeks. Apparently lost in post with no tracking. Spoken twice to customer service and now being resent UPS next day.
