Great communication. Solved by issue quickly.

New carbon brushes fitted my Sebo perfectly, and it is now running again as good as new.

Haven’t received my item. I did have the wrong address on there and asked them straight away to correct it

We have an old Sebo vacuum cleaner and the motor was burned. In the Netherlands was't possible to buy a replacement motor but well in the UK. So mailed for advice and in two weeks I received the right one! Thanks for the service and professional knowledge of Mike!

Dealing with this company online via their amazon market place listings was fast and efficient. It wasn't until the ordered spare parts arrived that I realised Radford Vac Centre is just a few miles from where I live. Visiting their retail outlet in search of another Dyson spare is like taking a trip back in time. I don't mean that the store was full of old stock. I mean that I was greeted by a sales person who new their stock and was happy to take the time to help me find exactly what I needed.
If you are having trouble with your small domestic appliances and live near enough to Mansfield to visit the shop, then do so. I'm sure they'll be able to help.

Bought same vacuum cleaner floor tool earlier. It was so good I bought another for a friend. Easy on-line ordering. Quick delivery. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service however the hose I ordered for my shark Hoover was slightly shorter than the original so had a struggle to get it fitted

Ordered a Flymo connector that did not arrive, I contacted Mr. Radford via email. and received a replacement the next day,
Today some 18days later the original one was delivered, out of courtesy I spoke to Mr. Radford on the phone and was advised to retain the item in question.
I for one can not praise this company highly enough, and I feel that if the slightest things that go wrong this company will endeavor to sort it out.
