Beware this is a scam not a legitimate business. Made my order they took my money and never sent me my purchase, communication was poor, it took a few emails to get a response after a few weeks, was told their supplier was out of stock. Why do I as the customer have to chase you up? You should be contacting me and letting me know and refunding me. They said they would refund and never did. Have reported them to the ACCC and encourage others to do so. Hopefully they will be shutdown and fined.

I bought an r4 package from these guys and it took two weeks to arrive, I later found out it was much cheaper elsewhere, even in a random electronics shop I came across in Flensburg. And what is much worse in my book:
Since I dealed with them, I have recieved loads of spammail from other sites, offering viagra, other pills and the likes. Luckily I create special email addresses for places like this, so I could identify where they got my address from it and after being pissed off for a while, I could delete it.

Do not buy from r4i, choose someone else! They're not unique or cheap.

My son bought an R4 card off the site and their customer services person actually talked him through the entire software download and installation process and got it up and running on phone- incredible!

Ordered from this site, ..only to find out that they had 7 days delivery time. So i wrote to them TWICE..to cancel the order. I didn't get any answer and the status on my order says..shipped and they've taken the money.

This company has a lot of mess in there systems. Has now been calling them nearly a month and have still not received my package. I paid it one month ago 100 pounds but still not arrived. Every day i call ther customer service I am told a different story about the missing parcel :;¤"##!"14
