I will never purchase from QVC ever again. I bought Clark's cloudstepper sandals from qvc. I have to have this brand because they're made for people that have problem feet. I ordered them in black. It took them two weeks to actually ship my package. I was so excited to get my sandals. Upon opening the box, they were not black, they were beige, they were not even the same style, and they were completely different brand. So basically, they didn't have my sandals that I ordered, so they decided to just send me some random. Pair of sandals that are not even the same brand, style, or color that I ordered. If that isn't bad enough, when I called customer service they couldn't be more flat. No apologies, no excuses, no attempts to replace. They told me they send me a shipping label to send them back. So now, I have to figure out how to print a shipping label which I don't have a printer. So now I have to go somewhere to have it printed. I don't drive because I'm disabled. So now I have to pay for an Uber to a place to print the shipping label. I have to stand in line for however long it takes to get it printed. Now I have to get another Uber to The UPS Store. Stand in line for however long it takes for them to scan it in. Then they have to hail another Uber home. That's about $40 in Ubers. And about a half a day of running around. Not to mention, that I'm not supposed to be standing or walking for more than 2 minutes at a time due to my disability. But they didn't care anything about any of that. And that was the manager. She was rude, flat and unbothered. Never again will I order from qvc. And I will post this comment anywhere and everywhere I can think of online so others can see what I went through. All for something that was their doing. I'm not going to call the mistake because mistakes are unintentional. They willfully sent me the wrong item because they didn't want to give me my money back when what I ordered was no longer in stock. But the website said that it was. Just done!

QVC items are cheap, junky and way overpriced. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy recently! The quality is cheap Chinese -made junk that is overpriced and breaks after the 30 -day return period where you are out of luck being able to exchange or get refunded. Customers have picked up on this. I've also price shopped several items of interest, and found the same items at a lower price from other retailers. QVC is not Quality, Value, or Convenience whatsoever! It's none of that.

I have returned an item back on the 20th of April and not had a refund. It's now 3 weeks and rang customer service, they are now sending me a letter to sign and return to them. I returned it Royal Mail tracked. The letter will probably take over a week to get to me.

I posted several days ago after receiving a email asking how my delivery went , funny that as i had not received the items which i had ordered 2 bourganvillea plants costing over £64 with 2 lots of delivery charges as the order was split as system did not allow me to order different colours .The mail wanted comments on trust pilot so i gave an honest review .The response was to see the reply they sent and edit my post if acceptable and an email address for customer service so i replied giving the order numbers and what i see now as a ridiculous price as i had just seen the same items at Costco for £9.99 any colour and trelis mounted .I am still awaiting the items and also not received a response from their customer service ,Lesson learnt for me no more shopping on QVC who seem to offer no customer service.

Cannot leave a review of my items because unfortunately both separate orders are still with evri .
I have had trouble with a qvc evri delivery in the past so now seriously considering not ordering in the future because I simply do not have the time or energy to keep chasing items up

Presenters please stop telling me your Mother would love this product! I am a mother and grandmother and shop Qvc but the reference to their families is like shopping in M&S I may be old 79 but I want to be regognised as an individual with style and not catalogue bland!

Bought kitchen Aid Stand up mixer using Q card 1st time credit for discount was charged interest anyway even though payment was made on time and even though discussed problem with management they let me know they are still going to charge more interest even though item is paid off and if I have to will talk to better business bureau!! Big mistake in opening Q card account 😠

Well I got to say, is when I buy an electronic device from QVC, it in no way does it last. It’s like buying “seconds. Paying on my account, till done Amd will never come back. Don’t tell me about warranty extra, it’s a total scam. I bought a humidifier either from QVC and after 1 day didn’t work. I’m a senior who can’t drive to return, because it’s much for me to drive to the PO. Stop stealing our $. Never to buy from you again, as have done in many years. Sad and disgusted.

I didn’t realize there would be a return fee for sketchers.

I placed 2 times for my orders and keep canceling because the price was lot cheaper than other site. I assume it is a scam website because it keeps asking me the credit card information! I advise everyone - DO NOT BUY FROM QVC!!!!

We bought a robot mower from QVC and told by text it would be delivered yesterday Tuesday 21st April.
.between 4:33pm and 5:33pm we waited until 5:45pm
then another text saying unable to deliver and parcel was delivered to parcel depot instead
we had not been out all day also we have a door bell that you can see who is there with a security bell in living room that is why we know they had not been
QVC were not very helpful saying They would arrange for a phone call within 72 hrs. ORDER CANCELLED

i saw a hot guy on socials selling Sketchers so i tuned in. He's such a good presenter love watching him. Ended up buying a tonne.

Poor service placed a order and took the option to pay in 3 on placing the order the first payment went out plus p/p on next day checking my bank i found out that the full amount had been taken out I checked my emails regarding this and contacted QVC customer service and said a email was sent out I've had no emails from qvc I find it's totally disgusting that they took this action before disgusting it with the customer my telephone number and email is on the records and it would be nice if they contacted me first regarding action taken

I returned a K cup coffee maker. They charged me more for the return than what was charged to send originally. They took out the return amount and I have not received any refund yet. Crappy experience. Will not order from them again.

Shocking customer service. Treating me like a child. Bought Block Blitz algae remover. It removed Ronseal’s paint and wrecked my decking. Their customer service agent said “it’s in the small print”, it doesn’t work with all paints. Not advertised as this when you purchase. Ronseal has been amazing, this single product has created a huge amount of time and cost. Left a review and they deleted it. Corrupt to the core!! Absolute criminals. Oh and QVC - you can’t delete this post!

If you’re looking for a work life balance, this is not it. Expect to put in a PTO request for one day three weeks ahead of schedule. Just for them to take every single day to decide and wait until 30 minutes before your shift to deny your approval. If you ever want to have a day off for yourself or you need to go to your kids birthday party, etc. be prepared for service levels to completely ruin your day every single time.

Maybe if you lowered your prices you wouldn't be going bankrupt

Dreadful experience trying to return a product called Block Blitz.QVC said do not send it back to them and gave me an address.The people at this address said ,do not send it to this address and gave me another address.I checked with QVC again to be told this is not correct!Surely a descent Company would step up to the plate and take charge and get this sorted out.They are leaving it all to me and I am getting nowwhere as both are not taking responsiblity! Be careful what you order!!!!!!

Was a nice size, and cooked my chicken very tender and moist , and the roast potatoes they were lovely, not had it long only a few days I am 91yrs but found it very easy to use,

What's with only 2 easy pays? It's the main reason I am purchasing less from QVC.
