Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Risky company in China, you might not get anything.

First off, this company is in China, which is not always clear, and they ship from China. They released a product I was interested in a year ago, and I was nervous buying from a company I never heard of and was in China. I used a credit card (not debit or paypal) just in case something went wrong. Everything went fine, I got a tracking number, and in about 2 weeks or so I received my item and was happy. This is why they get 2 stars and not just one.
However, December 2025 they released a new product I was interested in, and I decided to place an order since it seemed fine and legit. Everything started out fine, I placed the order, they shipped it and sent me a tracking number. About 3 weeks later, I got a notification saying my item was "attempted delivery, unable to deliver". First, they day they claim was attempted delivery was during my Christmas holiday time and I was home all day with no one coming to my house. Qtoys uses various delivery companies to get to China to the US and then to your home. I looked up the company they were using for the second half and the website said "unable to deliver" meant you live an apartment building without public access or a gated community. I attempted to contact the shipper however you can't speak to a human and can only put in a trouble ticket. I put in two separate tickets at two different times and each time I received a message that my item was automatically scheduled for redelivery. Two weeks later and still nothing so I reached out to Qtoys about my order. First they said they would contact the shipper, nothing happened, then they said they would send a free gift. I told them, why would I want to wait a month for a free gift, if it even got to me, when I never received the item I paid for. I asked for a full refund, and they declined my request. I had to call my credit card company directly and dispute the charge for something I never got. I gave them the shipping information as proof and they issued me a full credit for the amount back. Obviously after my bank went after them for the money, they contacted me offering a replacement, IF I would contact my bank and take back the refund request. I told them, I didn't want any replacement (now 2 months after my order) and I just wanted a refund, which they initially refused. They then asked me to tell my bank to give back the refund, then THEY would issue a refund directly from them. I did nothing. I got my money back, end of story. Beware, you may or may not get what you paid for.
