Sent multiple emails and no responses. A child can disable the app in one click! What a waste of money!

It's impossible to find way to ask for refund. Why it always hidden! Cross links from one resource to another without actual information how to get refund. "Connect to support team" no emails, no phone number, just link to refund policy! Terrible experience. Make it written "for refund call XXX or email XXX".

Besides counting time and pausing internet .. it has so many glitches on iPhone .. and their customer service is just simple unable to solve their glitches that makes it stressful for parents and useless

I like the easiness of the app as I’m not very tech savvy.
I like the button for pause individually for each kids when needed. And also to see which apps they’re using throughout the day. I wish it had sight to Snapchat as that’s the devil of all apps in my opinion.
I really like the alert notification, if a child googles something alarming. Really helpful.
I’ve had this app for two years and just subscribed happily to another year as I haven’t found a better one.

This app I thought was great at first for $100 and then after a week I realized it’s nothing but a scam. I’m not getting none of my son’s calls or messages. It’s not blocking him from using his phone. What I need it to do it now overrides it. It’s a waste of money!!

The fact that my child cannot delete it, the last time I was on a free trial, he had deleted it but since I paid, he’s unable to touch it. Thank you Qustodio

The child device protection is not effective and constantly fails!

Unfortunately, the application is deteriorating. We have an iPhone running iOS 26. Even when I block certain apps, they remain functional. Conversely, some officially allowed apps report errors (probably due to the Qustodio VPN). The app is user-friendly and pleasant to operate. Hopefully, its functionality will improve soon.

Hello,
I would like to request a feature or clarification regarding the interaction between Daily Screen Time Limits and Routines (Daily Schedules).
Here’s my current situation:
I set a daily screen time limit of 90 minutes for my child.
I also set a routine that allows entertainment use daily between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
My goal is for my child to be able to access entertainment only within this time window (3:00–10:00 PM), while still being limited to a total of 90 minutes per day.
However, Qustodio currently prioritizes routines over screen time limits, so when a routine is active, the daily limit no longer applies.
I would really appreciate if Qustodio could allow both conditions to work together — for example:
“Allow device use between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with a maximum total of 90 minutes per day.”
This would give parents more flexibility and better control, especially for children who have specific schedules but should still have a limited total usage time.
Thank you very much for your attention and for considering this improvement.
Best regards

It works quite well and is easy to set up. To be honest though, it lacks what I think is the key functionality that these apps need: a time limit which, when reached, allows parents to limit to particular apps such as education, communication etc. This is the one thing my daughter wants to help her focus. Instead, we have to use workarounds, like setting up a 'routine' and manually enabling it when her times runs out.

This is the most difficult appt to install and then customise.
Since doing so and paying $150 you have to pay to be able to monitor your kids phones properly, we have had no end of technical issues with my child’s phone. Eg Internet access dropping out all of a sudden, not able to access apps despite only being on them for 2 or her allotted 30mins. Terrible!!!

I've only had this a week but so far so good. I like it better than Bark. Less hoops to jump through, and less buggy. I do wish there was some more capability for iOS. But I guess that's the same for all of these parental control apps.

I would like to have different rules/ settings for different devices assigned to my son. Perhaps this is possible but I don’t know how

I haven't actually used it enough to enable a detailed review. I'll say im happy iv been able to control my child's phone activities. I'll explore other functions like phone tracking etc as time goes on.

I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. It has one star because I can't do zero stars. I've paid for the annual coverage. There are no phone numbers for assistance, no live chat. The only way to get assistance is set up a 30 minute appointment after paying $99.00 dollars. I set up the appointment and have to wait 5 days for the first available.
The customer service/support is non existent.

As an idea is perfect, but the kids learn quite fast how to overcome this by using certain VPN and at some point I didn't trusted anymore to give me accurate reports.
