Don’t waste your time !
Quotiva unable to quote even for enquirer ( me) with 10+ years NCB & clean licence and normal MPV 3 years old

Keep emailing me to contact them as I'm a previous customer and they have my details so they keep telling me they are able to get me competitive quotes and when I do they email back saying sorry we are unable to quote waste of time 3 times now

Could not find an insurer for my kit car.

Very simple and straightforward form to complete with our details, no trick questions and a good size font so I can read it :) Hope the deal is as good as the initial introduction to Quotiva :)

I found the quotation process fairly easy, but the only thing I don't like is that a quote was not done online.
I got a quote for my Campervan from two other places within 5 and 15 seconds online, but have to wait until office hours to speak to someone human with Quotiva

shortly after contact with Quotiva i had positive responses from a selection of potential ins companies by phone/email. The outcome being i was able to secure ins at a reasonable price with the cover i required. So my experience has been a good one. The other companies that contacted me also were professional in trying to help me with my renewal .

Do not tell insurance companies the details which you have already given to Quotiva, so you spend 15 mins filling in forms for them to tell you they cant offer you cover !!!

In my search for short term insurance for a minibus, after my initial online search, they took several days to even get back to me, promised me nothing on the phone, then sent me a measly text message the following day saying that they couldn't help.

It was a minibus I was used to driving anyway and I have a clean license with no insurance claims to my name, how was it so difficult to insure me for 48 hours?

I received an email and then a few hours later another containing two companies who were going to contact me regarding insurance for my company cars.

I have heard nothing else from anyone. Can I find a telephone number anywhere for Quotiva, no!

A complete and utter waste of my time. I'm glad I do not run my business like this!

Within 24hrs me filling in Online Form, I had been sent the details of 4 Firms who duly contacted me and gave me detailed Quotes for my Private Hire Insurance which saved me £105 on Renewal notice price.
Selected Firm , Paid and received Docs via Email.
Not bad for 4 Phone calls eh !
Will definitely be using the Firm again for other Renewals - thank you.

Used this and another one for the last three years about to get motor home quotes. It's always been pretty good and I got good quotes when brokers called me back.
