From initial contact by email to the service call today Quooker exceeded expectations. From the initial contact advice was given on the repair but with the alternative more cost effective option of incorporating the repair with a service call. I was kept fully informed of appointment time and the engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived a few minutes early. From the moment Bryan arrived he was pleasant and professional. He explained what was wrong and what he would be doing to fix the issue. When he was finished he again went above and beyond and because I had had a recent injury reassembled the cupboard shelving where the tank is installed. Thanks again Bryan…

Had a service visit from the Quooker engineer Ryan Platts & he completed the job efficiently & effectively - in jig time.
