Great service by Quooker - friendly staff on the phone service and able to accomodate customer requests quickly. And a great product!

Easy going- every time hot, cold, and sparkling water available. The only uncomfortable thing are the carbon dioxide cartridge. We are forced to use the expansive one from quooker

Great product, combines different devices in one, works pretty well. We can recommend it and would buy it again.

We have purchased the Quooker Cube and are very satisfied. Both the hot water and the cooled function work perfectly. Installation and commissioning went smoothly.

Very friendly service man, absolutely competent

Problem very fast and efficiently solved. I had some problems with CO2 supply line, I called hotline, they sent me a new one for free in 2 Days. I didn’t know how to install, called hotline and they sent me an Instructionvideo in less than 30 seconds. With the video was the change of supply line super easy.

Easy, pragmatic and quick solution oriented approach - my big challenge was one for Quooker. That helped a lot & thanks a lot!

Excellent product. The convenience of having instant boiling water has become an integral part of our kitchen.
The best thing, however, is the great service: When the performance decreased, very friendly advice was given on the phone, the spare parts were delivered promptly and free of charge - and that 7 years after installation!
We would buy the product again at any time.

Refreshing, cool water at all times. - No lugging bottles back and forth.
Boiling water has become an indispensable part of everyday doing. - No more kettles standing around...
The only drawback is the high price for the installation and the CO2 cylinders. - But even in the service case, help was provided competently and quickly on site.

Perfect product, easy and safe to use and a pleasure to have boiling and cold water available at any time at relatively low energy cost.

The instant hot water feature not only saves time but also energy. The water quality is excellent, and the user-friendly operation makes cooking and preparing beverages a breeze. We are thoroughly satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend the Quooker water tap!

It is a good product and works since we bought it without problem. Gas bottles are a bit expensive but ordering process and return of bottles works well. Service network should be larger as the videos do not show my model. Perhaps the kitchen company sold me an old one.

Sean was very proficient, efficient and quick. He knew his stuff! He was very friendly and extremely helpful, explaining what needed to be done and any problems he came across.

Great product overall for instant hot water, sparkling water and cold filtered water for summer. However there is no way to turn off the cold still water during winters and it’s extremely cold to drink water like this when it’s -be degrees outside. This would be my only issue with this product else all is fantastic.
