Unfortunately this product makes my husband gag when placed in his mouth, otherwise I was very impressed with the quality and the idea behind the product.

I feel the concept is good. But, we melted/fitted it twice and still couldn't get a great mold for his teeth and it won't stay in through the night. I wish could get a proper mold done by dentist with that tongue depressor part sent separate that they could connect it or something.

Definitely took a night or two to get used too but once I did it worked a charm, barely even need it anymore and I barely snore any more according to my partner and house mates

My device was slow to arrive it actually took 15 days, but customer service was good and when I contacted them I was asked to wait until after the weekend and if it hadn't arrived by then another would be despatched.
It took me a while to get round to setting it up which was quite tricky, the instructions were not that clear.
It has reduced my snoring but not enough to prevent disturbing my husband. It is irritating on the tongue but more comfortable than some of the jaw extenders that I have used.

I bought one of these devices for my son who has serious snoring issues that disrupt family life and detract from a good nights sleep. He says it doesn't work cause he can't keep it in his nose - it just falls out all the time.

I was full of hope but use of the mouthpiece seems to have made no difference to sleep apnoea and also my snoring is so much worse. I also found it quite uncomfortable - the corners of the lower section with spurs on dug into tongue and felt like it was cutting in. So disappointed as I was hoping to have a non-cpap solution. But thanks anyway.

Found the Device hard to set up for my mouth. Followed the directions, but the Plastic material did not result in a good fit over my teeth. Disappointed the Device did not fulfill my expectations.

I am still playing around with it. Getting a good fit is tricky. The metal T is a big help but I am going to reboil the apparatus to try to get a better fit. Unfortunately for me, I think part of my problem is my mouth falls open when I relax while sleeping and although the apparatus holds my tongue off my throat I think tissues in my throat also relax and block air. So my next step is to write to the inventor as he instructed to get instructions to make my own chin strap. You may wish to heck back for further review in a few weeks.

No complaints. Worth a shot, but didn't work for me as tongue is not cause of issue.

It didn’t work, molding it was an issue. Increase the snoring intensity. Waste of money.

I love the solution you have developed for apnea sufferers in The Silent Treatment. I have severe apnea, diagnosed with 72 incidences p.h. This device has helped me have a great night's rest without the hassle of a cumbersome mask. and I can face my wife in bed!!! how good that feels after not being able to for five years!!!!!!

This product didn’t work for me..I’m not sure why I can only assume it wasn’t properly fitted. I moulded as instructed so that fit was a little like a mouth guard would fit. According to my wife it made me snore more!!! It’s in the bin now...and I’m in the spare room.

The company was fine to deal with and the delivery was really fast, but this product is not for me. I have very small teeth and found it very difficult to get a decent impression, even though I tried half a dozen times. Closing my teeth on the pads brought the centre bit to press on my tongue, as it's supposed to do, but it also spread the pads outside my teeth. I attempted several times to sleep with the device in my mouth and lost it every time.

It pressed down on my tounge so hard that it was not comfortable.
