Completely unhelpful when attempting to resolve an issue to do with a rejected cashback claim. "Fin" is an extremely poor AI chatbot and not fit for purpose. Will likely just use top cashback or similar in future.

Thought it might have been a scam but everything I’ve earned has shown in my account. It takes along time for the companies to verify your purchases but it does happen eventually. The bonus £15 was a nice surprise!!

Been using Quidco for a long time now, and the browser extension is the part that actually makes it stick, it flags cashback before you check out rather than you remembering to go through the site first. Tracked cashback from multiple places and they all come through in a decent timeframe with no chasing needed. Payout to bank was straightforward once it cleared.

Quidco is fairly decent. It takes a few days to a week to withdraw your earnings, a good bit longer than another well known cashback site. They do some good offers of bonus cashback with certain purchases at certain places, however it takes a very long time for that bonus cashback to reach payable. For example, I qualified for bonus cashback of £5 for a purchase that I made in February 2026 and it still has yet to be made payable. Overall, good that you can earn cashback on your purchases, but just quite slow at paying out compared to another known one that I use. I will continue to use Quidco but I do prefer my other one.

So 1 of 6 tracked and Quidcos system only allowed a claim on just ONE!
Contacted Quidco support through messages and 3 days later was asked to upload proof of all purchased on that date which I did.
From then on, nothing...
The claim I was able to submit seems to have just never appeared in the app although I had a conformation email.
The uploaded proof just went into the ether and subsequent messages have just gone unanswered!
I guess all will be rejected and I'll lose the £25 cashback owed.
Don't waste you time!

The cash back from Quidco makes shopping on line so much easier as well as more interesting when searching for the best value for money from an extremely wide range of products.
From basic household items to exotic foreign holidays, from toy cars to car tyres, supermarket shopping to shoes and socks Quidco will direct you to a well known provider who doesn’t just discount an item but gives you back cash to your Quidco account.
All my online shopping is done via Quidco, the cash back per annum is astonishing and once credited can be withdrawn directly to your bank account.

Very easy to purchase through various companies and get cashback. Very pleased with ease of use.

Decent App that works well. A broad range of goods and services offered, some with better cashback incentives than others.
I probably use it most for things like home & car insurance, but also occasionally for smaller purchases. I haven’t encountered any issues with purchases being tracked or payments being made.

Can't really comment on them, ive opened an account with them, but not actually used them, but they do offer some great incentives, i should really use them, but i always forget about them when buying or subscribing to things online.

Particularly good cash back on energy and insurance. You may have to wait a few months but they always pay-up
