Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, after ordering our bifolds on 10th July paying in full we have only just received our order today.
After paying in full I heard nothing about a delivery, I had to chase this up as I was worried I had been forgotten about. Eventually we had the bifolds delivered on the 24th July. They delivered the bifold with no glass, mistakes happen I was under the impression my glass would be delivered straight away. It was September 1st when they eventually delivered my glass after having to chase up the delivery myself. Unfortunately 1 pane was damaged, accidents happen. The annoying thing was I had to yet again chase the delivery up myself, the staff I have been dealing with haven’t been apologetic at all about the dreadful experience. I’m now glad I have finally received my full order and I won’t have to deal with these again.

Excellent Service from Quickslide :

From the very first enquiry about an issue with my sash window and then my contact with Kirsty through to Andy coming to fix it; the service has been excellent.
I had to wait several months for Andy’s visit due to engineer backlogs but it was well worth it as he knew exactly what he was doing and was confident he could carry out the repair, which he did with expertise and minimal disruption. He was friendly and courteous and tidied up very thoroughly afterwards.
I am so relieved to have had the problem easily resolved without having to have a new window installed (something that other companies had suggested was the only answer! ).

Product & Service is First Rate, we would not hesitate to Recommend Quickslide, they are very helpful and attentive

Excellent experience from start to finish. I dealt mainly with the lovely Jovi who worked through every aspect of the large job we placed meticulously ensuring everything was as it should be. Very easy process getting initial quote with the online portal they offer and the windows were excellent. Even the delivery drivers were great as it was a difficult delivery but they didn't moan and just got it done. We are a trade company and will continue to use quick slide for all our sliding sash windows.

As a local building company we have used Quickslide to supply sash and casement windows and bifold doors to many of our clients over the past 7 years. Their products are competitively priced and of a very high quality and their customer service is excellent.

Really happy with my quick glide doors! Really great quality and such a great design.

Quickslide were great during the order process, sent me some colour samples and window frame cut out samples to chose the right colour.

Jacob was helpful in clarifying points and specification for a relatively complicated and large (1.8 x 1.2 metre) sash window.

Quality is good, looks very similar to the real wood I am replacing, particularly having fitting from the inside to reduce the frame width.

Was bought as a test to install and see quality and will now be buying more.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with Quickslide products. Three sliding sash windows all had issues with the tilt function not opening/closing properly, and really bad drafts from the sides where the sashes join in middle as well as sashes being bowed so could put finger in gap between sash and frame, letting in terrible drafts. I didn't deal directly with Quickslide but with the installer, so can't comment on the customer service, but the products were very poor quality and i had to get replaced with another company.
